Nathalie was a competent guide, She shared her knowledge and all the richness and complexity of the works present, My spouse and I were delighted with the experience, I recommend it!
This tour made our Orsay visit incredibly easy and enjoyable. The guide was warm, knowledgeable, and kept everything flowing smoothly. We appreciated being able to adjust the tour to match our interests. Very well organised from start to finish. Would definitely book again.
Nataly is a wonderful guide! We had a tour with her at the beginning of November. Her knowledge of art, wit, sense of humor is incredible. She brings to life not only the stories behind the paintings, but also the history of the period, very fine details about the artists lives, what made them who they are, which truly makes the experience not only unforgettable but also relatable. I wish we could spend more time with her. Please do more tours!
The guide didn’t show up, terrible and didn’t informed us until the supposed start time for the visit to the museum, once we were already there
The guide met an accident on the way to the tour, and as soon as we were informed we reached out to you and offered other alternatives which were declined. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, the refund was processed immediately.
Daniel made this tour truly unforgettable. His knowledge of art, engaging personality, and professional approach made every moment enjoyable and insightful. It felt like being part of an inspiring art class, and even our daughter, who studied art, was impressed by his depth of understanding. We’re grateful for such a memorable experience.
Nataly was absolutely incredible! She wasn’t just knowledgeable about the artists and their works — she truly brought the stories behind impressionism to life. Instead of rushing us through highlights, she explained how the movement evolved, connecting everything in such an engaging way. She also had a great sense of humor and made sure everyone felt included, even those who joined late. The way she ended the tour — with an inspiring reflection — honestly moved me. It felt like so much more than just a museum visit. Nataly shared a Van Gogh quote that stuck with me: "If you hear a voice within you say 'you cannot paint', then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced." Hearing that while standing in front of Van Gogh’s paintings gave me chills. Thank you, Nataly — this was one of the most inspiring tours I’ve ever taken!
Both of our tour guides showed up on time. We had a big group so our teenage kids were with one guide and we were with the other guide. The kids loved the tour. They can’t stop talking about how much they learned. Thank you for giving my kids the experience of a lifetime!
Natalie was AMAZING! Her tour of the Orsay was very informative, with some great lessons in art history. We had many interesting conversations about art in the Musée and more broadly. Highest recommendation.
This was a fantastic tour. We visited all the places that we would have in an ordinary city tour (for a better price that we could find btw), but in addition to the standard (and very interesting!) guide’s explanation (thanks Alex!) we had all the parallels from the movies that we love. Definitely definitely definitely recommend, especially for the people our age (25-35) who are looking for something out of ordinary.
I usually do things on my own, but for this one I wanted a guide, and I’m glad I did. It made a huge difference. I still had space to explore on my own at the stops, but with someone there to tie it all together.
