Entrada al Museo de Orsay

Great art and laid out for nicely in small rooms. Great carved statues in marble & brass -all within a historic building. Except for the 5th floor Impressionists floor -not crowded.

What a beautiful museum! We are so happy that we did not have to miss this beautiful site as there were no more remaining time slots on the museum’s main website to reserve during our visit. Thankfully, we found your site and were able to get non-time slot tickets. We arrived at the museum around 10:30 in the morning on a Friday in late September and encountered no lines. The entry areas are clearly marked and we were able to find the queue for ticket holders without a time slot. When the tickets arrived via email, I took screenshots of them so they were easily found when it was time to enter the museum. We did not know before we went that The museum D’Orsay is housed in an old classic Gare (train station) that has been converted into this beautiful museum retaining many of the classic features from the original station in such a lovely and artistic way. We were so happy to find so many of our favorite classic paintings featured in this museum from the impressionist artists that we know and love, and also so happy to see many many more that we had not yet known of and their beautiful works. It is definitely beneficial to have the audio guide in hand as you look at many of the classics to hear their descriptions and learn more about the artists who created them. A worthwhile way to spend a half day in Paris!

Great museum that has a superb collection of Impressionist and post-impressionist paintings. Also has a fine sculpture collection. The building alone is worth a visit. It’s a lot smaller than the Louvre so more easily managed. It can get crowded so try to avoid busy times.

Depending on your interests this is a wonderful experience. I was more interested in the building's architecture and my friend more interested in the museum. I would recommend getting the audio guide.

We spent a couple of hours at Orsay and really liked it. The collection is beautiful, especially the Van Gogh and Monet paintings. A nice experience and definitely worth adding to a Paris trip.

I was looking for Orsay tickets at the last minute and most of the options I found were already unavailable. I managed to get this ticket and it was open, so I could visit at a time that suited me. This was really convenient because I didn’t have to rush for a particular time slot. The museum itself was beautiful and we had a really nice visit.

Such a beautiful museum and much easier to explore than I expected. The Impressionist paintings were my favourite, and the old railway station building is amazing too. We took our time and really enjoyed it!

Go to the museum as early as possible. It was very crowded at 10:30 am It is lovely, especially the 5th floor with the impressionists

Everything worked out smoothly

Entry was straightforward and we were inside without any trouble. Really enjoyed walking through the Impressionist galleries. A very good museum experience in Paris.
