Fantastically fun and informative tour of Montmartre with Sean, who catered the walk to our specific interest. Not a hard walk but wear shoes appropriate for cobblestones. It was also nice to sit in a cute cafe at the end and sip a glass of Champagne. Well worth the price.
our tour guide (believe his name was Jean) made my and my aunt's evening so special. the tour was just the two of us, and he tailored the tour to our interests. we walked all over, learned interesting Parisian history, and ended the evening with a nice glass of champagne. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for a tour in Paris!
We had such a great time and Maelle was such a great guide, her love and enthusiasm for the area really made the night. Definitely recommend :)
We are grateful for your kind words. Compliments from guests matter a lot. I am very happy you enjoyed your tour with Maelle. You are right, she is a great guide, passionate, knowledgeable and enthusiatic ! Thank you for sharing your review with us.
We took two memorable tours with this most enthusiastic, and engaging storyteller guide from Paris. His name is Romain Le Duc. He led the tour Latin Quartier and the Montmartre tour from Moulin Rouge to Sacre Coeur. They were both 2:30 pm tours and Romain was chock full of historical and interesting information and tid bits. He spoke very clearly and made it all so understandable and interesting. As we walked, he was eager to answer any questions we might have. Just what we had hoped for and more! We would highly recommend his tours to any Paris traveller. What was really nice, he was also eager to give us bar and restaurant recommendations and whatever we tried of these, he was right on. We can assure you, you will not go wrong with Romain if you want to get in depth info on the City of Paris in addition to other 'off the beaten road' stories about this enchanting City.
yes, you have us figured out: we want to make you fall in love with Montmartre! And the sunset time is best for that... Tell your friends! Warm regards, Alexandre
Florent was an incredible guide! This was the first thing we did upon arriving in Paris as we wanted to get a better feel for the area in which we were staying. It was evident that Florent loved the area and knew a lot about it, suggesting for us many good places to eat, shop, and hang out. He was honest and thoughtful and tailored the tour to our group, making some fun pit stops knowing that a family we were with enjoyed the movie Amelie, which had many scenes filmed in this area. He took us to some amazing photo-ops and allows us to take our time enjoying the views. Even when it poured rain on us at the end of the tour, he remained in high spirits and took the time to answer everyone's questions and give us all directions on how to return to our hotels. He even gave me and my mom a dinner recommendation - La Cave Gormande - which ended up being, hands down, the best meal we ate during our entire stay in Paris. We went on to do two more Discover Walks (the landmarks one and Latin Quarter), but this was definitely our favorite.
We loved Sean's tour of Montmarte. He was high energy, cheerful, knowledgable, delivered a lot of information in a short time, and was eager to answer any questions. Highly recommended! We're still retelling the stories he told us to our friends back home.
We took this tour with Mae (I forgot her French name- this is what she uses for English speakers). She was so amazing! Her excitement, passion, and knowledge of the area (she was born and raised in Montmartre) was so contagious. I love Montmartre now.
