DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! You cancelled our trip from Monteverde to Santa Teresa just a few hours before departure (6:30 in the morning). No communication, no reply to any of my messages (blue ticks on WhatsApp), just cancelled just before midnight. THIS FRAUD is so common at this company, other locals also said!! I had to make countless phone calls at 6am and was very lucky to find an alternative at such short notice. Save yourself the hassle and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Take Interbus, Tropical Tours Shuttles or any other reliable provider and AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Before the trip, they have almost never answered my message and the van was 30 minutes late without any notifications or contacts. Due to the traffice, the full trip took me around 5hours 45 minutes. I discussed with the local people, even without traffic, it takes at least 4h30, not 3-4 hours. Don't make a tight plan after the transfer. However the price is acceptable.
