Se excluye el transporte al crucero. Este servicio le costará USD 35/pax por viaje de ida y vuelta en una camioneta de lujo compartida. Este servicio se aplica solo en el área del casco antiguo de Hanoi. Por favor, infórmeme para reservar el servicio de transporte con 5 días de antelación. En caso de que venga solo a nuestro crucero, esté listo a las 11:30 a. m. en el puerto deportivo No.34 Tuần Châu, Quảng Ninh.

Fantastic cruise, presidential suite was beautiful and very private. Enjoyable day trips and amazing service (shoutout to my boy Roy). Overall a lovely experience! The staff went above and beyond at all times on every occasion. Roy was so attentive and made our experience that much more incredible. The excursions were so fun, bike riding on Cat Ba island and kayaking around the islands was unforgettable. We were also celebrating our 6 year anniversary. When we walked into dinner that night, we had a private table set up beautifully and a performance by the staff. It was unforgettable.
Our family had the most wonderful experience. Our host, Roy was amazing, so attentive, kind and welcoming. He always had a beaming smile and spent time with our girls teaching them to fold napkins and made sure they had a great time. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The day trip to the village was wonderful and great to learn more about Vietnamese culture and history. Huong (Elvis) was a great manager and explained the environment and landscape of the area so well. The daily kayaking and swimming was magnificent, what a treat to swim in this area. Definitely a highlight of our holiday
I had booked the 2day cruise before with my friends in 2019 and wanted my family to enjoy the same experience I did. So I booked the 3d cruise this time for my family of 5. My whole family enjoyed the experience very much. Clean comfortable room with a beautiful view from the balcony. Affordable cost for premium features. 3 day was just nice for my family. It was not too crowded when we went. The staff were the main highlight of our trip. A waiter named Ely was absolutely amazing and took care or my family so well. She was very friendly with my little girl and kept her happy always. Thanks so much. You were amazing.
overall service was great. especially for dining. They try to accommodate all your needs. Our waiter Darwin helped and tenders to us every day and customize to my son picky eating.

It was amazing and fun! The staff members were very kind and accommodating, especially Remy. The ship was clean and organized. The food was delicious. Bike riding through the fishing village was quite the adventure. Cat Ba island and the caves were really neat. We woke up early and even learned some Tai chi.

Very amazing and beautiful scenery! Our crew member Remy was amazing and always so kind. Family-friendly yet adventurous. Every meal was amazing and the dinner was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this experience!

We did a 3 days 2 night cruise with Mon Chéri and it did not disappoint. The room was amazing, the food was great quality and did not stop. The staff were very attentive, we would like to personally thank Harry who looked after us with our food service. Jade, Cherry and Tam were great hosts making sure we were looked after on and around the boat. Defitntley worth the visit! It made our anniversary celebration very special - thank you!

All the staff on the boat were wonderful but Harry orovided exceptional service. I was struggling with an injury and he was most attentive and caring.
