Durante estas dos horas de visita guiada descubrirás el monumento más importante de la ciudad y único en el mundo: La Mezquita-Catedral. Actual Catedral de Córdoba, además de pasear por la judería y conocer una de las 3 sinagoga en España.

Itinerario
La Visita Guiada realizada por expertos historiadores, le conducirá a través de un templo vivo que ha sido testigo de numerosos acontecimientos históricos. No le dejará indiferente. Te explicaremos las diferentes etapas de construcción, partiendo de los restos que aún se conservan de la antigua basílica visigoda de San Vicente. Seguiremos con la visita guiada a la antigua mezquita que fue construida por el emir Abderramán I y las siguientes ampliaciones hasta la época de Almanzor. Tras la conquista de la ciudad por el ejército cristiano la Mezquita se convirtió en Catedral y ocupó varias naves debido a la ampliación del califa Al-Hakam II para celebraciones litúrgicas. Más tarde se construyó el actual crucero de la Catedral.
No le dejará indiferente. En segundo lugar, pasearemos por el conocido Barrio Judío, donde conoceremos la Sinagoga, el Zoco de los Artesanos y el Monumento a Maimónides.

This IS A CAN’T MISS in Cordoba! The cathedral is amazing, extremely historical and beautiful. The information given is a bit complicated. But, we had perhaps the BEST guide ever! Maria is clear and very easy to follow with the many details. She has clearly studied and is perfect for this tour. Maria was also helpful to us and other guests with particular needs. Well done!

Saray was a fantastic guide. She was passionate and knowledgeable and fun. We had a small group for the first part in the historic section and then the group was larger for the mosque and cathedral. The guide was great at keeping us together. We were lucky that the mosque/cathedral was not crowded so it was an enjoyable tour. It is probably one of the most incredible places I’ve ever been.
This was a brilliant tour. The Mosque/Cathedral is stunning and our guide was excellent. Very good value for money. The communication system worked very well.
If you are visiting the mosque of Cordoba I highly suggest doing it with a guide. Our guide, Mr. Salamanca, was very knowledgeable and gave us so much more information than what we already knew. We felt our experience was enriched with the guided tour and very worthwhile.
