Visita los monumentos más importantes de Córdoba en una visita guiada de 3,5 h - 4 horas para aprender más sobre la influencia cristiana, musulmana y judía en la ciudad. Nota importante : Debido a las reformas, las salas interiores del Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos están cerradas. La visita incluirá los jardines históricos, el monumento a Colón y los Baños Califales, un espacio único que refleja el esplendor del pasado islámico de Córdoba. Evite las largas colas hasta la Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba del siglo VIII y maravíllese con su bosque de columnas y arcos dobles. Admira el mihrab (ábside) de la antigua mezquita y luego da un paseo por el barrio judío para visitar el mercado árabe y la estatua de bronce del filósofo medieval sefardí Maimónides. Finaliza con un recorrido por el interior del Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, una de las residencias primarias de Isabel I de Castilla y Fernando II de Aragón. Por favor revise las consideraciones de vestimenta descritas. No se pueden llevar camisetas sin mangas, pantalones cortos o chanclas en interiores.

En este punto comenzaremos la visita. Aquí se puede ver la Estatua del Custodio de San Rafael y la Puerta del Puente Romano.
Puente romano sobre el río Guadalquivir.
Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, una de las residencias primarias de Isabel I de Castilla y Fernando II de Aragón. Entra por la puerta de entrada principal y sumérgete en la maravillosa arquitectura del palacio, ubicado en el sitio de una fortaleza construida por los visigodos y luego ocupada por el Califato de Córdoba.
Caminaremos por la Judería para visitar la Sinagoga, el mercado árabe y la estatua de bronce del filósofo medieval sefardí Maimónides.
Visita la espectacular belleza de la Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba, uno de los monumentos más visitados de España. Conservando el estilo decorativo de una mezquita islámica, la construcción del magnífico monumento comenzó en el siglo VIII. Las ampliaciones posteriores aumentaron enormemente su tamaño, convirtiéndola en la segunda mezquita más grande del mundo antes de convertirse en una catedral católica.

Unfortunately the castle is closed since in reform but the tour really is worth the price. Our guide was very good and the heat does not prevent a unique experience.

This was an amazing walking tour of Córdoba. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the history of all the places we visited. Easy walking for all abilities. The highlight is the Mesquita, but the other sites are fabulous too. The company is excellent with their communication. Highly recommend

My paradise destination where life is good, we chose the spring season to attend the Equestrian show of El Kado, a Flamenco guitarist at the Royal stables of Córdoba.
A great way to see Cordoba! The highlight was the Mosque Cathedral visit but Azahara made the whole tour enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and engaged us with her storytelling. Traveler advice - plan for heat and walking - but manageable with many shade breaks. Side note for those that want a true Cordoba experience, take Azahara’s recommendation and visit Moriles Ribera for lunch after the tour.
Yes, the tour company told us the Alcazar was closed and we couldn’t visit it, but that was less than 24 hours before we were to go. We also understand the closure was beyond their control, but they knew there is no opening date, so should they be selling more tours that they may not be able to fulfil? Also, the ‘substitutes’ (a patio and the Roman baths), just didn’t make up for the Alcazar. Having said that, the tour that we did have was fine. It lasted for four hours and thankfully there was a break for water (and ice cream)! The mosque and cathedral were spectacular. I would 100% recommend that part of the tour. The Jewish quarter, patio and Roman baths we should have done ourselves. The guide went into so much detail that at times, it was hard to maintain interest - and I can listen to historical narratives all day! People actually wandered off. I’d suggest people wait until the Alcazar reopens and you will get what you expect and pay for.

Although our tour guide was excellent, we felt the tour (almost four hours) was a bit long, especially since we weren’t able to visit Alcazar and the gardens. The baths and the stables did not really substitute well. The tour of the Mosque/Cathedral was excellent, but we wished it wasn’t at the end of the tour.

Regarding the Alcázar, its temporary closure is due to the ongoing renovation works being carried out by the monument itself and is unfortunately beyond our control.
