An incredible experience from start to finish! The San Francisco beach club is a spectacular place to spend the day: the facilities are impeccable, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. But what really made our day perfect was the jet ski rental. It was, without a doubt, one of the best parts of the visit. The service from all the staff in charge of the jet skis was top-notch. Before getting into the water, they gave us a super clear, detailed, and professional explanation about the use of the jet skis and the safety measures, which gave us a lot of confidence. The jet skis are in excellent condition, they are very fast and super fun. If you are looking for adrenaline with impeccable and safe customer service, this is the right place. Five well-deserved stars! We are definitely going to return. Totally recommended!
We were given very few instructions and no one checked our PFD(personal flotation device). Furthermore we were told that we could not drive in a 360 degree circle? And “if” our wave runner accidentally flipped over (which it did, due to heavy traffic in our designated ride area) we would receive no refund and our ride would be over! So, we actually rode approximately 15 of our 60 minutes and the roundtrip taxi cost was $50, not counting gratuities!

Jet skis were ALOT of fun!!! Water was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Booked chairs separately and stayed all day. Would book again!
