This is one of the most popular and highly recommended tours in the bay. In your case, the change was due to unexpected mechanical issues, which are completely outside of our control. For safety reasons, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel not just that departure, but multiple tours. We sincerely apologized at the time, explained everything clearly, and truly appreciate your understanding. As you mentioned, whenever this happens, we always do our best to offer solutions — including alternative tours or upgrades at no additional cost, or a full and immediate refund if those options don’t work for you.
