We went as a family of 5 and had the entire place to ourselves! The staff and crew were really great, very attentive. Brought us more drinks than we even asked for! They also assisted with getting kayaks and paddle boards for us. When 3 of us wanted to go snorkeling, Ruben guided us, showed us where to go, helped us find starfish, a sea urchin skeleton, and lots of fish. The clarity for snorkeling was better than expected. The food was also fantastic! This was the best day of our trip. Thank you!

From the start the communication with the operator was confusing and unprofessional. Met our "guide" Saul at the pier and he was nice enough but there was confusion about when our water taxi was arriving so we were told sit down, get up, hurry and get in line, no it's not here, sit back down, etc. In the end we left 30 minutes late. Upon arrival at the "beach club" pier all looked well from afar but our excitement was quickly ruined. The safety railings on the pier were rusted, broken, and completely missing in large sections. A big fallen tree in the pathway had clearly been there for some time. As we approached the main club house and saw the infinite pool we were so excited about we saw it was half empty, full of algae, and not useable (so no swim up bar). A clearly drunk DJ babbled on the mic throughout the day saying "shake that *ss" while blaring obnoxious music at full volume. The furniture was randomly tossed around, pilled up with black moldy cushions, trash and sticky drinks on the floor, and a large broken waterfall with brown pools of water that smelled terrible. We just sat there in disbelief knowing we'd be trapped in this hell hole for the whole day! Saul was attentive and friendly but the day just got worse. Paper plates with stale chips and a blob of gross guacamole were slapped in front of the guests. The drinks were sad like a "Piña Colada" that wasn't frozen, just some powered mix shaken with ice. The men's bathroom was disgusting with a big puddle of dirty water from the leaking sink mixed with urine. In a last ditch effort to try and salvage the day (which was to celebrate my best friend's birthday) I asked Saul if we could move to a different area and he helped me move around the stacked up furniture to make a seating area away from the terrible DJ and not overlooking the gross pool. On the “positive side” the palapa structures are nice, the water is clear and beautiful for swimming, my friend enjoyed kayaking, and the lunch (fajitas slapped on a paper plate) was decent. To be clear my friends and I live in PV, we go to lots of beach clubs, we know things often run late here, and we’re bot precious at all. We just wanted the “luxury” beach club experience with the beautiful pool we were sold for about $100 US dollars per person!!!

Eloy and his team were amazing hosts and made our day truly enjoyable. Everything was well organized from start to finish. We enjoyed delicious guacamole and nachos as an appetizer, followed by mixed-meat fajitas with chicken and beef, green and red bell peppers, rice, pinto beans, and warm corn tortillas. The unlimited drinks were a great addition, including tequila, rum, vodka, whisky, beer, and bottled water. Transportation was well coordinated, efficient, and secure. The entire crew was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to renovate the pool, as some of the pebble-finish walls are peeling, and to offer a few more appetizers, especially for guests spending a full day on the property. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it.

Despite having to go thru rain storm to get to the beach club, it was a great day! We took a smaller speed boat instead of the catamaran due to group size and we certainly benefitted from that! Less time in travel and more time at the beach. Drinks and food included. Welcoming crew! Thank to Lalo and his crew for a fun day! Aloha!

Probably one of the best if not the actual best cruise excursion my wife and I have taken since we started being "cruise people". First, value. We spent the day on a beautiful boat ride to a secluded location, had wonderful food, and absolutely all the drinks you could possibly want. All for a very reasonable price, better than anything our cruise line offered. The people were all awesome. They all wore shirts that said "I ❤️ my job!" And it felt like they actually did. It was like a bunch of friends invited you to a really awesome party. The place we stopped at had it all. Beautiful pool. Large hot tub. Great snorkeling. Paddle boards if you wanted. A great hike to a lovely waterfall. And if you just wanted to soak up the sun, they had really comfy loungers. On the way back, we were all feeling great and most of us started dancing. We all probably looked silly but were having way too much fun too care. Next time in Puerto Vallarta we are absolutely booking these folks again. Thank you for an amazing time for both my wife and me. Chico Locca is the best.

We had an amazing experience here. Our guide, David was extremely helpful getting us to the meeting point and even found us to ensure we were getting to the right place. He was energetic and exactly what we needed for our first day at port. Once we got to the location, we along with the rest of the people in our group kept saying one thing… “this was better than we could’ve even imagined” 😍 From the pool that overlooks the waters, to the incredible lunch, the quick drink service, snorkeling to see the beautiful fish and even some of the history they shared about the arches and wildlife on the way back to the cruise terminal…. This stop will be hard to beat. We can’t wait to come back!

One of the best experiences we’ve had ever. We had an all inclusive beach pretty much all to ourselves. The only other people we talked to was our tour guides and that’s honestly what made the whole experience what it was. We had plenty of time to enjoy any type of activities such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Very cost effective and worth every dollar spent. If there’s any tour you should do it should be this one. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, a nice beautiful view of the ocean in luxury location.

This is the second time we took this tour from Sayulita and we'd do it again! The staff are attentive and fun and the resort is gorgeous!

This was the perfect excursion for me & my family. We were party of 13 and we booked with no problem. Ricky & his team is amazing, they are attentive & keep the energy flowing from the moment you step on the boat until the moment you step off. I highly recommend.
