Desde su hotel en Casablanca, disfrute de una recogida en el vehículo bien equipado y con aire acondicionado. Pasará por la mezquita más grande que se construyó sobre el agua con el minarete más alto del mundo a 210 metros. Después de un transporte total de 3 horas, la mejor manera de descubrir la ciudad de Marrakech.
El gran oasis ubicado en el borde de la ciudad de Marrakech, cubre un área de 140 KM cuadrados. Es conocida por sus balnearios y cien mil palmeras. Cualquiera puede disfrutar de las vistas de esta visita turística, y también de un paseo en camello.
Después de un viaje de 20 minutos, pasaremos por el Jardín Majorelle. Este es un jardín paisajista de una hectárea, fue creado por el artista orientalista francés Jaques Majorelle durante 40 años, y presenta una villa cubista diseñada para ser la residencia del artista y su esposa desde 1930 hasta 1950. Ahora el jardín y el El complejo de villas está abierto al público.
En unos 10 a 15 minutos, estaremos en la mezquita Koutoubia. Es una construcción religiosa construida en el siglo XII en Marrakech con una arquitectura y una decoración que reflejan el arte de los almohades, también es la mezquita más grande y el hito ineludible de la ciudad.

Bab Agnaou es una de las puertas más conocidas de la ciudad de Marrakech, era la entrada principal a la Royal Kasbah. Fue construido por el califa almohade Yaqub Al Mansour en el siglo XII.
Para llegar a The Mellah en Marrakech tomará un viaje de 15 minutos. Este fue creado en 1557, es conocido por sus callejones estrechos y también tiene un hito esencial que es la Sinagoga Lazama. Básicamente, era el área donde los judíos solían vivir en su propio barrio separado, lo que significaba que estaban protegidos por los muros de la Kasbah.
Tomaremos un viaje de 5 minutos hasta el Palacio de la Bahía, un edificio del siglo XIX, consta de muchas habitaciones decoradas con pinturas, mosaicos y también un conjunto de jardines. El palacio estaba destinado a ser el palacio más grande de su tiempo y capturar la esencia de los estilos islámico y marroquí.
Tómese otros 15 minutos para estar en la antigua medina de Marrakech, conocida por sus callejones estrechos y sus famosos mercados con artículos tradicionales.
Después de un viaje de 5 minutos, estaremos en el mercado de Samarin. Es el más conocido ya que se encuentra junto a la plaza principal, Jemaa el Fna, y es de fácil acceso para turistas y recién llegados a Marrakech. Como su nombre lo indica en árabe, aquí es donde los clientes solían reemplazar las herraduras de sus mulas y burros en el pasado. Ahora es una maraña de pasillos que exhiben las maravillas de la artesanía marroquí. Se exhiben especias, perfumes, pantuflas, cerámica, latón, alfombras, artículos de líder, caftanes y más.
Y finalmente, estaremos en la amplia zona de Gueliz en unos 15 minutos. Esta es una calle de estilo francés rodeada de destacados restaurantes marroquíes y europeos, sofisticados actos y bares de cabaret, galerías de arte y tiendas de moda. Diseñado por el pintor del mismo nombre y posteriormente adquirido por Yves Saint Laurent.
Tome otro paseo de 10 minutos hasta la plaza de Jamaa El Fnaa. Es una plaza pública famosa en Marrakech y Marruecos, este lugar tradicional y popular atrae a 1 millón de visitantes cada año. El lugar encarna la variedad de identidades marroquíes debido a la presencia de representantes de diferentes culturas marroquíes.
El Jardín Secreto es un oasis escondido en la Medina, con exuberante vegetación, flores vibrantes y una arquitectura intrincada. Es una escapada tranquila con patios apartados, fuentes y una cautivadora combinación de naturaleza y diseño marroquí, que ofrece un refugio tranquilo en el corazón de la ciudad.

The tour was a great time all together, the camels were kind and gentle, the tour guide Ahmed was very knowledgeable and great at sharing information in a fun way. You clearly see his person is loved by the market’s community. I loved the stops we made inside the market, a lot of great products were shown. Jaha the driver was very caring of the group. He made sure we were comfortable and had great timing for bathroom breaks during the long ride ^^

It is a good excursion! We were picked up from hotel in the morning. The car journey took about 3 hours. The local guide looked after us and both camel ride and carriage were of fun. Lunch was delicious and authentic. The only note is that Marrakech is significantly hotter than Casablanca. So, get yourself prepared and you will enjoy this trip.

We had a great time in Marrakesh. Our guide was very knowledgeable and great. The only issue was the transportation. Although the driver was good he drove 20km below speed limit. Our drive could have been an hour shorter 😩😩

This was an excellent tour of a truly amazing historical city. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained the history and significance of the sites in a very engaging way. Nice and easy 2 hour drive to and from Marachesh from Casablanca. The Marachesh guide throughout the souk walk was great. It's a very, very large souk so, probably, best to tell the guide in advance how long a walk you want in advance, eg 3 hrs or 4. Nice choice for a late lunch.

Great experience! Mohammed L was so fun to be with. Very good driver. Definitely recommend! 👍🏼 We were picked up at our hotel lobby. And we spent the day in Marrakesh. Visited Jardin Majorelle, some souvenir shops, delicious moroccan lunch, and then ended the day with a camel ride.
