En nuestro Camino al Palacio de Bahía Well caminará por la Mezquita de la Kasbah, este edificio histórico que data del siglo XII, que se encuentra en el barrio de la Kasbah
Mellah es el barrio judío, donde vivía el pueblo judío. Tendremos una parada en la plaza principal en Mellah y nuestro guía compartirá con ustedes algunos de los mejores lugares para visitar.
¡Los viajeros tendrán la oportunidad de ver uno de los monumentos históricos más bellos que tenemos en Marrakech! Este palacio tiene una hermosa historia que nuestros guías estarán encantados de compartir con los viajeros.
Lo llevaremos a través de los zocos (mercado) de la antigua Medina, donde tendrá la oportunidad de ver a los artesanos y el mercado de alimentos local.
De camino a la plaza Jamaa El Fna, daremos un paseo de 10 minutos por el mercado y descubriremos el ovan comunitario (si está abierto). Cruzaremos la plaza más concurrida de Marrakech, donde tendremos la oportunidad de ver a los encantadores de serpientes y los monos, y les daré información sobre esta plaza que es un sitio de la UNESCO.

Said was a very knowledgeable guide and he told us a lot about the history of Marrakech and Morocco as a whole. An enjoyable afternoon but you need to be prepared for lots if walking and dodging the motorbikes in the souk.

Have your coffee and eat before starting this tour as there won’t be time to grab anything along the way and it is ~4 hrs long. Best to do early in your visit, before you tire of the souks because most of the tour is in the Medina. The visit to Bahia Palace was interesting and the highlight although the palace is packed with tourists. Our guide, Radouane, was pleasant but not very talkative. Laid back rather than energized. He did, however, provide a wealth of information when asked questions. Overall this tour is a good option on day 1 or 2 of your visit. Otherwise I would recommend just a tour of the palace.

Oh, great. The guide is a lovely person with knowledge of history, details that would go unnoticed and much sympathy with the children. He made a very complete tour of the city, the souk, the medina and the Bahia palace, even accompanied us to a restaurant he recommended.

The time with Said was wonderful. He reached out the day before to confirm time and meeting location. He shared with us the history, stories and current cultural practices to really help us learn about Marrakesh. He answered all of our questions and was funny and gracious.
