Fantastic !! Driver pick up from hotel was great. Camel ride well organised and guys who took us round couldn’t do enough for us. Friendly, chatty and took so many photos for us.

information was shocking booked 2 days before trip for 9am pick up from hotel waited around nothing made contact and got told not arriving till 10am which is fine but could have told us well before if pick up is 10am not 9am when with a 4 year old my advice don’t use this company for tours or excursions

A fun camel ride. It was raining when we had booked the ride so the organisers suggested switching to later that day, great flexibility and proactivity. Hotel pick up worked well.

The most memorable part of our camel ride was not going on them because the driver never turned up. We booked for 1700 on 3rd august. No word from anyone until 1715 when I got a WhatsApp message stating they never received our booking until then and asked if we could re arrange. Rearranged for 1100 on 4th august. Still no driver turned up. Messaged the operator on WhatsApp who then said the driver had a problem and asked if we could go at 6pm. I said no and requested a refund and got my money back. You’d be better off buying a lilo and pretending to ride that in the pool.

Awesome Exactly what we were looking for. The price-quality ratio is very good. Outstanding organization and experience overall. The guides are extremely friendly and attentive, with mint tea served at the end of the tour.

It's an activity for tourists, but it's nice. The palm grove neglected for years is being replanted and there is now irrigation, which is promising for the future. Do not expect a very dense palm grove, the trees are sometimes stunted and far from each other. There are still a few places where we can guess that the palm grove was used as a public dump but overall it is acceptable. Note that luxury villas are reducing the size of the palm grove by encroaching on it. Paradoxically their gardens are lush and bushier than the palm grove... The camels are very docile and the ride is fun with children. Our driver was 45 minutes late so we thought that the activity was canceled (it was pre-paid) but by calling the telephone number on the reservation I had someone directly who contacted the driver and who confirmed the reservation to me. The Moroccans are always very optimistic about the road times to pick us up and bring us to our port but we were still able to enjoy the sunset. It was ultimately a fun activity, as a family with the children.

We had an incredible camel ride experience with Time Out Travel in Marrakech in December 2023. The company picked us up from our Airbnb address on time and drove us to the palm beach area. The hospitality was exceptional, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience. The close to 1-hour camel ride was amazing, and the guide took multiple fantastic photos of us during the ride. We also enjoyed a refreshing tea. Overall, we highly recommend this experience with Time Out Travel/Viator. It was well-organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making it a memorable part of our trip to Marrakech. 🐪🌴 The camel ride and the service exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely cherish the memories of this experience.

The best experience ever! Our guide Abdul Hadi was amazing, took the best pictures and was overall a dream. He made the kids personalised camel bracelets and rings from vine stems which was so thoughtful and lovely.
