Nice easy ride. Guy was a great guide. So nice and knowledgeable. The bikes were in terrific shape. O
Thank you for your kind comments. I will pass them along to Guy—he'll be very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience.
First, our guide Ellen was very nice. That is the only thing that we liked about the tour. It was pouring rain and the older gentleman at the shop would not let us cancel our tour. Consequently we had a miserable ride in the rain. Unlike the description the ride was through an industrial area and the ride “along the river” was along the highway. The falls were underwhelming and it was raining too hard to stop in the park for a snack. I would not do this again or use this cycle shop. When I got back in my drenched poncho I asked for a dry one to wear on the mile walk back to my hotel and he wanted me to buy it. I think after our experience would have been nice to give me one.
Barry was our guide. He was great - lots of knowledge of the history of everywhere we went. Highly recommend.

Barry was an awesome guide and it was a really fun excursion. The bikes were great and easy to use and the bike paths were off the highway and easy to navigate. Would highly recommend the falls and getting there via ebike!

Guy was a great guide. Easy pace and very knowledgeable.
We booked a morning tour to the falls and enjoyed every minute. Guy was incredibly welcoming and shared stories of Quebec’s history along the way. The falls were absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky that the lower viewing area was open, giving us the chance to cool off in the refreshing spray. I took this tour with my husband and our 17-year-old son, and all three of us had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this experience!

Gilles was an excellent guide with historical information and fun stories. We had the perfect day. The bikes were very nice and the ride was not too long. Definitely choose the morning as it can get warm, although you can cool off with the spray from the falls!
Hi Leslie Merci pour vos excelents commentaires, je les transmets à Guy
Highly recommend this tour! We were a group of five woman and Barry, our guide, was TERRIFIC! He was very knowledgeable about the city of Quebec and its history. More importantly safety was his top priority, he was very patient and always made sure that everyone was okay. When we were at the top of Montmorency Falls, I realized that I had left my phone in the cooler on my bike. He accompanied me back to retrieve it without hesitation. E-bikes were great, some of us really appreciated the pedal assist for the ride back. Take the tour and enjoy the ride!

We had an absolutely fantastic e-bike tour to the Montmorency Falls. The bikes were excellent—comfortable, easy to use, and made the ride effortless and enjoyable. The cycle path was relatively flat and well maintained. What really made the experience exceptional was our guide, Denise. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, sharing fascinating information and local insights at every stop. We learned so much while having a great time exploring the area.
