You should definitely be in decent shape for this it’s a good workout. The heat of the summer can make it a little challenging. The tour itself was great and we learned and saw a lot. The only thing at the end I didn’t like was the tapas part, it was a little weird. The owner just walked us to a restaurant down the street and left us there. He said that we could spend more money instead of refunding me for deducting the electric bikes (my kid was unable to use due to his size). It’s not really what I wanted because there was only two of us and I was too hot to argue. I think we could have done just fine without the tapas..
Great guide, really nice pace, informative and fun
Such a great way to see the city and our guide was wonderful and so knowledgeable. We had great fun and learned so much about Spain.
Excellent! Very informative and a great vibe! It was great to bike the city and learn about the history. Highly recommend!
The bike tour was a really good way of orienting ourselves to Madrid, giving a sense of how the different areas fit together. Our guide Manu was friendly and knowledgeable and kept us all safe. We saw many interesting buildings and landmarks and spent time in Retiro park. We had electric bikes which made the hills very easy, and had tapas in a nice local restaurant afterwards. Highly recommended.
Such a great way to see Madrid. Myself and 3 friends rented the E bikes. I would highly recommend. Our tour guide Julio was so informative and helpful.
Jules was so knowledgeable as a tour guide! He offered great insights on the city! Highly recommend the bike tour!
Rudy was great...kind, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a pretty big group, but we were able to see a lot and understand the history of Madrid. The tour is comprehensive and was 3.5 hours. They provided a bottle of water as well. Well worth it!
This was one of the best things we did in Madrid. So much fun, a great way to see the city and learn about the history and being on a bike—you can cover so much more ground than walking. We had spent two days at El Retiro and our guide took us places there we NEVER would have found on our own. A sanctuary for peacocks and a beautiful rose garden that we somehow completely missed. Our guide Manu was spectacular. His clear love for the city and story telling was well worth every penny. Don’t miss out. If you are comfortable on a bike, do it. Wear a helmet. Don’t be stupid. :) You are on a bike in the city.
Wonderful tour in French with Rudy, who was generous with anecdotes about the iconic places in Madrid. Thanks to him as well for all the recommendations (markets, rooftops, etc.)
