Royal palace Madrid tour guide October 1st 1:15pm Operated by NHUE
We arrived at the meeting spot 15 minutes prior to 1:15 PM. The tour guide seems to be untraceable. When we contacted the local number, someone informed us that they had left 5 minutes ago, and we could meet them at the Royal Palace entrance. Within just 3 minutes, we rushed to the royal palace, but the tour guide wasn't present. At the royal palace entrance, the local authority person told us that she cannot admit us without a tour guide and suggested contacting the tour guide. We called the local number again, but the person was very rude and told us that they couldn't contact the tour guide and let him know that we were outside the entrance. She mentioned contacting the booking agency, TripAdvisor. After pleading with the local authority person, they finally let us in. TripAdvisor should avoid booking with this group (NHUE) in the future.

Fantastic Royal Palace tour with Aurora!!!
Our tour was fantastic!!!! Aurora was our tour guide and she really knows her stuff. We did the English tour. She was very personable and with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this tour with her. Well done Aurora 👏👍

Couldn’t find tour and the guide never answered we tried to message/ call them to meet up. They were not where they said they would be located

Good way to explore the museum
Everything was great. The guide was at the meeting point, we got our tickets, very nice. The first guide spoke very fast in Spanish, so we switched to another one and it all worked out great.

Solo traveler
This is a lovely tour small and personal with enough time to take in the palace. At a good pace but not too long. Our guide was very attentive and helpful, when a fellow tourist on our tour felt ill. Excellent guide, great experience.
