Su recorrido privado comenzará en su hotel donde su guía privado lo recibirá. A continuación, saldrá en taxi hacia el Museo del Palacio Real de Madrid. Su guía se reunirá con usted en su hotel para comenzar la visita (espere a su guía en el vestíbulo de su hotel). Le estará esperando unos minutos antes de la hora prevista. El trayecto en taxi desde el hotel hasta el museo está incluido en la duración total de la visita (incluida en las 4 horas). Traslado en taxi (coste incluido en el tour). Si tiene alguna pregunta sobre su tratamiento, no dude en ponerse en contacto con nosotros. Nota: viajará en taxi (taxi urbano de Madrid). Este tour no incluye servicio de chófer privado. Madrid es una capital con mucho tráfico, por lo que pedimos disculpas de antemano por posibles atascos durante su viaje. Si su hotel está cerca de uno de los museos, el trayecto se hará a pie, para distancias muy cortas no es necesario coger un taxi (ahorro de tiempo), si tiene problemas de movilidad, por favor, háganoslo saber.

First time having a personalized tour, but my guide Christina was excellent. She knew the Palace of Madrid and its rich history completely. She share some of the past intrigue around past generations of royals and tge queen who gave birth 24 times! Astounding! There was no question Christina could not answer. When we visited the Prado Museum of Art, she knew the details of the paintings, their meanings, vanishing point of a painting and society during specific periods. This experience was far more enriching than had I gone by myself. Additionally, it was an extremely hot day and my ticket allowed me to skip the lines at each place. Would highly recommend paying a bit extra for this experience when you travel. Christina deserves a promotion or at the least, a bonus. We spent a good 2 hours at each place. Although Pope Leo was in Madrid that day, she managed to snag a taxi from the palace to the art museum; coolness under pressure. Cannot thank Viator enough for this experience. Will continue to book private tours in the future.

This was a great tour and Enrique was a fantastic guide. We are not really “art people” but Enrique made the Prado time interesting and enlightening. Leticia was an absolute dream ! She truly made the whole tour with her winning personality , and knowledge . She exceeded my expectations, and we were able to see more than I expected . We moved at a quick pace ( by my design ) and we enjoyed every moment . She decided where we should start to avoid crowded museums , and sights . It was one of the best tours we have ever taken . I only wish she could’ve been our tour guide for the whole day instead of 4 hours ! Trust me , I’ve traveled all over and have done countless tours and this was definitely top notch .
