El Palacio Real de Madrid no es sólo una residencia; es un lugar lleno de grandeza e historia. La construcción duró hasta 1764, y cuando Carlos III finalmente lo habitó, el palacio contaba con la asombrosa cifra de 135.000 metros cuadrados, 3.418 habitaciones, 870 ventanas, 240 balcones y la impresionante cifra de 44 escaleras. Outstanding guide! Extremely knowledgeable, personable, animated. We learned so much and enjoyed the tour greatly.
I booked a trip for 5:00 pm. They called at 1:00 to ask if we would be on the 1:00 tour. I explained that I’d booked online for 5:00 and we could not make 1:00. I asked if there was availability for 5:00. The woman said yes but they could not change the tickets. I explained that I had booked for 5:00… and asked for a manager. She hung up.
Pilar led an informative and interesting tour of the Royal Palace. It was definitely a better experience than having visited the royal palace on our own.

It was a very nice pslace with a lot of original furnitures , paintings and artifacts. Make sure you have a good breakfast if you want to see the palace, the museum and the cathedral all at one.If you like the palace in Vienna, you will like this one too
