A luxury experience from the minute you step on the boat. We were introduced to Henry and assured he would take care of everything on our stay, and he did! He sense of humour, professionalism and high standards of customer service really made our trip. The rooms are spacious and have a nice little balcony to enjoy a sundowner. A happy hour there is also a fun cooking demonstration and Ken our tour director played the flute so beautifully we were all quite moved. The food is amazing and the wait staff are all beautifully presented along with white gloves! Such a special time. We highly recommend Peony Cruises.

From the breathtaking scenery of Ha Long Bay to the incredible food and hospitality, our experience with Peony Cruise was truly unforgettable. A very special thank you to Hugo (Xieu), who went above and beyond to make our trip so memorable. He was warm, funny, attentive, and always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. His kindness and professionalism made such a difference to our journey. The entire crew delivered exemplary service from beginning to end, and every detail felt thoughtfully cared for. We honestly cannot speak highly enough of this cruise experience. I paid extra for a trip to Bai Tu Long Bay as I read it was better and less crowded. Without advance knowledge operator substituted Halong Bay which is not what I wanted. All 7 people I shared a table with on the boat paid much less. Trip was otherwise good if that was what I had wanted. I recommend you do not book this provider. I understand now why it was not refundable when most other options were.
Had a great time there on cruise. The bay is so primitive, beautiful. We had great chance to visit cave, beach, fishing village and do kayaking. Definitely come back again soon!
