Lo llevaremos de paseo como si estuviera participando en una campaña de estudio. Intentarás ser un investigador y descubrirás cuántos elementos aparentemente invisibles te permitirán comprender la historia que vivieron las personas, los esclavos, los trabajadores. Verás cómo estos entornos, construidos por los antiguos romanos, se han utilizado hasta nuestros días. primero como canteras para tomar el material de construcción, luego como catacumbas para enterrar a los muertos y finalmente, hoy, para cultivar hongos. Una experiencia única, original ... que no debe perderse.

Itinerario
El parque dedicado a los acueductos romanos. Aquí pasan 7 acueductos en un área de pocas hectáreas, haciendo de este parque único en el mundo. Además de estas impresionantes estructuras arqueológicas, también verás uno de los sitios periféricos de la ciudad, fuera de los canales turísticos normales, donde conocerás casi exclusivamente a la gente local.
Acueducto construido en 144 a. C. y parcialmente utilizado hasta hace poco porque fue reutilizado por el acueducto de Felice.
Acueducto de 1500 AD construido por Sixto V (papa Félice) reutilizando los arcos del Marcio. La parte subterránea de este acueducto todavía funciona, y se puede ver el agua que se escapa del canal.
El acueducto con el agua más saludable y a una altura que le permitía suministrar agua a toda la ciudad de Roma. Sus arcos, altos en algunos tramos incluso de 30 metros, lo hacen definir un verdadero "Gigante de agua".
El acueducto Anio vetus, construido por el emperador Claudio junto con el acueducto claudiano, fue el más alto en absoluto de los 11 acueductos que abastecieron a Roma.

So many people go just to the Colosseo or Trevi Fountain and think they are seeing old Rome. Aqueduct Park is as amazing as either of those--and without the crowds. This was one of our favorite experiences in Rome. It's so beautiful and at the edge of the park there is a little restaurant where you can have apertivo and drinks. Our guide was really knowledgeable (actually studied Roman history and archaeology) and nice. We had such a good time. It's a magical place.

Excellent guide Joseph!!! Very knowledgeable about the subject matter. Beautiful park with full view of the Aqueducts. Joseph was open to all questions, etc. He even pointed out numerous tree types that were in the area and even showed me the Roman road (The Latin road) which is the second oldest road in Rome. Joseph!!!!!!! 5 stars!!! Don’t miss this interesting tour.
