El nombre deriva del hecho de que alguna vez tuvo una forma redondeada. Ahora ese círculo se ha perdido en parte pero se ha mantenido la belleza de este pueblo a 400 metros sobre el nivel del mar e incluido entre los pueblos más bonitos de Italia. 30 minutos para llegar.
Rione Monti es el corazón de la zona de los trulli que se eleva hacia la ladera de una colina con pequeñas calles paralelas flanqueadas por casas blancas. Aquí hay más de 1000 trullos mientras que en la zona llamada Rione Aia piccola hay otros 400. 15 minutos para llegar.
Martina Franca donde reina el barroco definido como martinés. Martina Franca se encuentra en una meseta que siempre ha estado habitada, su época dorada fue en el siglo XVIII cuando surgieron los más bellos palacios entre los que no se puede dejar de mencionar el Palacio Ducal con sus salones llenos de frescos y la basílica de San Martino que , en pleno centro, llama la atención por su majestuosa fachada donde destaca la imagen de la patrona. 20 minutos para llegar y unos 25 minutos para volver a Taranto.

Locorotondo is dressed for Christmas party, lights, Christmas houses, breasts and mulled wine. Congratulations to the inhabitants and the pro loco for the wonderful work. Worth a visit at night to admire the breathtaking beauty of this town in the Itria valley.
Giai was a great help in recommended things to see. We did not have a lot of time in port yet we got to visit three wonderful cities and get a taste of the area. We loved visiting all three cities.

Everything fine arranged. Recommended! Picked up outside the cruise terminal and went to the 3 villages. Very nice. We had a private ride with driver, no mini van or bus. Totally fine!

Punctual pickup at the meeting point. It would be a small group; a car-a van with 5 people. A companion and a driver in our van.

We had a lovely time, the tour was arranged for us short notice as it was booked out. We had pickup and drop off at our hotel. Our driver and tour guide were both lovely and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and get VERY tasty gelato.

We had a lovely day. The villages are beautiful and the amount in each enough to see around and have a drink or snack. We had issues getting from the port to the pick up location and the host was accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommended- especially for cruise passengers.

Pietro and Giuseppe took us to three locations in a very nice private van. Giuseppe the diver got us to each location on or ahead of time. Pietro walked with us at each location highlighting the must see spots. He was very informative and helpful in suggesting food and wine spots. My wife and I enjoyed this tour very much and highly recommend it.

This was absolutely the best way to experience some of the smaller towns of you have limited time. Pedro and Dominico were our locals who drove us. They were both very friendly and answered questions we had while we were on the road. Once we got to the towns, we were free to explore on our own. The van was so clean and the air conditioning felt great after we explored and headed to another town. Absolutely a great experience if you want to see three very distinctly different towns in Puglia. Absolutely exceeded my expectations!
