****Si el servicio de Vehículo privado no está reservado, su guía lo recibirá SOLO a pie en hoteles ubicados en el centro o Galataport. Si su hotel no está situado en el centro o no es de fácil acceso en transporte público, el punto de encuentro será la Fuente Alemana (Plaza Sultanahmet). ****Si se reserva el servicio de vehículo privado, se puede recoger en todos los hoteles céntricos. Los hoteles situados fuera del centro de la ciudad o en el lado asiático pueden comportar un suplemento. ****Las excursiones sin servicio de vehículo se pueden realizar cómodamente utilizando transporte público como tranvía, funicular y transbordadores. ****Las excursiones desde los aeropuertos deben reservarse con servicio de furgonetas privadas. Como los aeropuertos están fuera de la zona de recogida estándar, se aplicará una tarifa adicional.

We had a great experience with our guide Idyll in Istanbul. Booked a two day tour where we explored The blue Mosque, The Bazaar, a boat trip on the Bosphorus, the water reservoar, shopping at Taksim. We also saw one of the Palaces and ate fantastic food during the days. I travel with my two children, one fifteen year old and one 10 year old and having a guide was extremely helpful to access all the places easily. I strongly recommend it if you come to Istanbul.

Language interpreter was very helpful due to a food allergy. The tour gave a good sense of Istanbul history and culture.

This tour is not worth it at all. All of the sites visited were free - an exorbitant amount of money for sites that you could do on your own, a close walk to one another. I was expecting a day tour (7 hour advertised) and the tour ended up being 3.5 hours. Unfortunately, my guide also misled me re: information about certain sites being closed. Positive: my tour guide was nice, and I did enjoy spending the time I did touring. It was unfortunate the company did not complete the tour as promised.
Our guide was excellent and we learned a lot about this part of Istanbul! Also had a nice Turkish lunch.

Kemal was an absolute gem of a guide. He took us through Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, and the bazaar, each stop thoughtfully explained without ever feeling rushed. His knowledge brought the history to life in a way that actually stayed with us. The lunch spot he chose was a highlight of the entire trip. We completely fell in love with the food, and trying semolina halva for the first time was a moment we’re still talking about. That alone was worth the tour. If you’re visiting Istanbul, book Kamal. You won’t regret it.

It really depends on the guide you get. Our guide in Istanbul, Sait, was knowledgeable and spoke great English. The problem was, by day 2, he became overly aggressive about trying to push us to go to speciality shops so he could earn kickbacks and this became very uncomfortable. His guiding services became less energetic, patient and polite and he became surely and pushy. By the end,we were happy to part ways with him.
