Con Transporte: Para los viajeros que optaron por el transporte, lo recogeremos en los puntos de encuentro designados o directamente desde su alojamiento, según los arreglos.
Abordaremos el catamarán y zarparemos de Cancún a Isla Mujeres. Disfrute de una barra libre nacional durante todo el viaje y experimente el snorkel en las aguas cristalinas. A tu llegada, tendrás 1,5 horas para explorar la hermosa ciudad de Isla Mujeres por tu cuenta. También tendrás acceso a nuestro Beach Club y disfrutarás de un delicioso buffet, que incluye opciones veganas para quienes las prefieran.
A medida que el sol se derrite en el mar, zarparemos por última vez: música, vasos tintineando y el cielo pintado de tonos dorados. Awesome experience! My family had a wonderful time. Daniel was the best.
Fun experience, especially for the price! Snorkeling time is short, but drinks are plentiful, lunch tasty, beach/shopping time ample and crew accommodating. Be sure to bring cash for tips throughout the day and expect upselling for go carts on Isla Mujeres and the pictures taken of your party during the adventure. Disfruta!
This was amazing! We took the optimal shuttle and it was a long packed ride so be ready for it (motion sickness meds). The traffic was bad so booking their shuttle gave peace of mind that they wouldn’t leave without us. The boat had only 16 people total (not 90-100 like the mega tours) and we were able to lay out on the front of the boat the whole trip. At check in please don’t overlook the port fee (which was more than our trip) but we were ready for it. It’s a short ride to where we snorkeled and it was just enough. There were a lot of fish and we even saw a turtle. The small group cut down on constantly being kicked by other people snorkeling like when we went in other larger trips. The equipment was basic but usable. You stay together as a group so it felt safe. Then we went to the southern part of the island where we had our lunch buffet. The food was basic (hot dogs, hamburgers and tacos) and good and there was an open bar. We had just enough time to eat and check out the Ice Bar (bar in a walk-in freezer) before we left for the north beach. While waiting to dock we were able to take a quick swim in the ocean. We had two hours on Isla Mujeres which was enough to either do some shopping or hang out at the beach. The ride back was nice and relaxing. My whole family absolutely loved the trip and would book it again. We initially booked another trip but it had bad reviews and was more of a mega catamaran with 80-100 people so I am gald I canceled and switched.
Jamie was amazing and so was the crew. But he made the experience extra special. The tour covers a whole day of your vacation.

Amazing time, first time in Cancun and we were told to visit isla mujeres and so we booked our experience last minute and everything was so much fun, the crew, the drinks provided, the free buffet lunch, was all so worth it, you definitely have to do this when you come to Cancun!

The experience was great. Staff was nice, friendly, and attentive. Crowd on boat was 43 persons. A more enjoyable experience would have been of less persons on board. Room was a bit tight.

The tour company did not send the prepaid transport for pickup at the hotel lobby as indicated in the booking instructions . The agent advised me by text msg that the van had waited at a nearby street somewhere in the vicinity of the hotel and could not wait any longer. I had been waiting on the hotel entrance stairs for 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup time but the agent said I was 'confused' and to find my own way to the marina. There was insufficient time left to obtain the additional cash needed to cover taxi fare as well as the 850 pesos they charge in extra tour fees on arrival . I asked to be rebooked or refunded and they did not reply after several attempts to contact them . Unbelievable!
