- El operador turístico local enviará los billetes electrónicos de sus vuelos nacionales seis días antes de la fecha de salida. No necesitará imprimir copias de los billetes para vuelos nacionales. Su pasaporte y número de reserva en los boletos serán suficientes para el check-in en avión. El touroperador local no realizará el registro de entrada debido a las preferencias personales de los huéspedes.
- Tendrás 15kg de equipaje + 8kg de cupo de equipaje de mano por persona para cada vuelo nacional. Si necesita más capacidad de equipaje, comuníqueselo al operador turístico local. Podría haber alguna tarifa adicional para cupos de equipaje de más de 15 kg.
- Si conectas cualquier vuelo que hayas organizado por tu cuenta al vuelo de salida/vuelta de este paquete de viaje, es posible que tengas un riesgo de perder uno de ellos. Este riesgo se refiere al retraso/cancelación por parte de las compañías aéreas. No sugerimos que para la seguridad de su reserva. Si hay algún problema debido a este tipo de arreglos por su parte, el operador turístico local no será responsable.
- Si su hotel de regreso es diferente al hotel de recogida, por favor informe de inmediato. Si informas de ello después de organizar tus billetes de avión, el operador turístico local puede solicitar un coste adicional debido a las distancias entre los aeropuertos y algunos hoteles. Si informas de este tipo de cambios el día del servicio (último día de tu viaje), el touroperador local no confirma esta modificación de última hora y te deja en tu hotel de recogida.
- Los precios del paquete son válidos para el alojamiento en la habitación doble o triple. Si desea añadir alojamiento en habitación(es) individual(es) a su reserva, podría haber un suplemento. No habrá ningún coste adicional para las reservas de viajeros individuales / individuales. Ya se acomodarán en habitación individual.
- EXPERIENCIAS DE ALOJAMIENTO : Los hoteles previstos son "Yunak Evleri Hotel", "Zeydem Suites Cave Hotel", "1811 Cave Hotel" en Capadocia y "Charisma De Luxe Hotel", "Carina Boutique Hotel", "Efe Boutique Hotel" para su alojamiento en este paquete de viaje. Puede elegir su categoría de hotel al hacer la reserva. Si estos hoteles (que usted prefiere) no están disponibles para habitaciones estándar / superiores en las fechas de su viaje, el operador turístico local puede reemplazarlo por un hotel equivalente.
- TOURS SEMI-PRIVADOS : Los tours diarios guiados de este paquete de viaje, limitados a un máximo de 10 invitados por grupo, proporcionan una exploración en profundidad de los sitios antiguos de Capadocia y paisajes impresionantes.
- GARANTÍA DE DEVOLUCIÓN DE DINERO ! : Los globos aerostáticos son una actividad totalmente dependiente del clima y la Autoridad de Aviación Civil determina si el vuelo se llevará a cabo. Si su vuelo se cancela debido a las inclemencias del tiempo, tiene derecho a un reembolso parcial. En tal caso, su reembolso se procesará al día siguiente de ese viaje. Su tasa de reembolso será la diferencia entre las opciones de "Paquete estándar" y "Paquete óptimo" para las cancelaciones del viaje en globo aerostático.
- Paseo en globo aerostático estará en “Categoría estándar”. Este viaje de categoría tiene una duración aproximada de vuelo de una hora con una canasta de 20 a 28 personas. La duración del vuelo podría ser de 50-55 minutos o 65-70 minutos. Esta situación depende de las condiciones climáticas antes del aterrizaje, y los pilotos deciden hacerlo dentro de las reglas de seguridad de la Autoridad de Aviación Civil. La duración total de la actividad es de aproximadamente 3 horas.
- Si no ha añadido Paseo en globo aerostático a su reserva para este paquete de viaje, no puede obtener ningún servicio de paseo en globo aerostático que se anuncia / ofrece en el párrafo de las descripciones.
- Si sus hoteles de recogida / entrega se encuentran dentro de los aeropuertos (IST y SAW aeropuertos), el operador turístico local no proporciona ningún servicio de recogida / entrega en Estambul.
- Si no utilizas ningún servicio o renuncias a unirte a actividades / tours / traslados al aeropuerto, eso significa que va a ser cancelación de última hora. Por eso, no va a haber ningún reembolso por eso.
- Si desea cambiar su(s) vuelo(s) nacional(es) programado(s) después de organizarlos, el operador turístico local puede solicitar un nuevo costo del billete de avión. Los billetes de avión no se pueden reembolsar después de organizado.
- La tarifa para niños se aplica solo cuando se comparte con 2 adultos de pago. Si usted será 1 adulto + 1 niño, el operador turístico local puede solicitar y cobrar el importe de 2 adultos.
- Los niños de 5 años o menos no pueden hacer excursiones en globo.
- Opción vegetariana está disponible, por favor avise en el momento de la reserva si es necesario.
- Por favor, informe de cualquier requisito dietético específico en el momento de la reserva.

The tour was outstanding. Excellent guides, comfortable lodging, comfortable transportation. We saw as much as we could absorb.
The first part of the Tour was Pamukkale & Ephesus. The Tour Guide Mr Mehmat & the the driver were at the airport on time to give a warm welcome. The Hierapolis & Pamukkale Thermal Ponds were beautiful to experience & Mr Mehmat ensured a good explanation of each place & monument. All locations along the bus route were also being informed about. The night halt at Efe Hotel along the sea side at Kuşadasi was a good surprise & comfortable stay. The wonders of Ephesus was heartwarming especially the 3D Museum is an astonishing experience- a must see. The tour to Pamukkale, Ephesus was very well managed meticulously planned to cover the important historical places. The stay at the Efe Hotel was indeed a cherry on the cake because of its sea side location. Mr Mehmet was curteous, cheerful & be extremely knowledgeable of the history and its chronological importance. His willingness to answer our questions made this tour an interactive and enriching experience. His photography skills helped us capture some beautiful memories. The second part of trip was Cappadocia. The tour to Capadocia was very well organised and managed for the duration of the visit. The stay in the Cave Hotel 1811 was an extremely beautiful and comfortable experience. The host were generous enough to look after us for even a small requirement. Ms Fatima during the tour of Cappadocia was found to be extremely confident and knowledgeable of the historical places planned during the visit. The gp was also given adequate time to visit the site and clarify any queries. The lady was generous and kind and was very friendly with the group. The lady knows her job and conducted the tour with utmost spirit. Overall an excellent experience thanks to the trip being well laid out & organised- whether the flight bookings, accommodations or touring. The whole experience was bad. We will put in a hotel in Cappadocia where the temperature was above hundred degree Fahrenheit without any air conditioning. Also, the hotel at Kusadasi was on a busy road with the room over the top of the road, which was very very noisy and loud I had paid for the premium package and was supposed to get a 4 or 5 star hotel. The only good thing was the driver and the guides they were real nice and knowledgeable. I think I should be reimbursed for the quality of the hotels. This is not the first time that I have used Viator, but this definitely will be the last time.
Just come back from amazing 8 days in Turkey booked with Encounters Travel in UK and locally with Fez travel and guide Goksu. What a fantastic and varied country Turkey is. Istanbul is a very clean and safe city. Afterwards we visited Ephesus, Pamukkale, Hierapolis and Cappadocia. Goksu was a great guide - so knowledgeable and he also helped the whole trip run smoothly. We loved our cave hotel - "Gamirasu". April is a perfect time to visit.

We had a great experience with our two tour guides: Mehmet in Pamakkule/Ephesus and Suleyman in Cappadocia. Flights & accommodations were easily coordinated and well scheduled. We knew exactly where to go and where to be at specific times. Provided meals were delicious and very filling and the guides provided great recommendations for dinner when requested. This experience was packed with a ton of information and a lot of different sights to see - be prepared for the fast pace and long days!

It's definitely worth a visit old and new chic and modern neighborhoods tradition and modernity
Be aware this is compressed program including 4 flights, pickup at 4AM on Day1, and then arrive the hotel at 1AM on Day2 night (arrived at Cappadocia airport at 10:30PM, then waited in transfer bus about one hour to fill the bus full, took 1.5+ hours from airport to the cave hotel). Enjoyed Day 1 and Day 2, the guide was knowledgeable and stick with program itinerary; however, the guide for Day 4 was more interested in pottery and carpet stores rather than what were listed in itinerary. We were in the pottery store one hour longer than the itinerary, then the guide decided to skip "Three beauties" -- they are the official symbol of both Urgup and Cappadocia. Suggest you to print out the detail itinerary with time slots, to make sure you get what you have paid for.
Great professional tour company. I had a great time on this trip and I was very impressed with the tour company. They always arrived on time to pick me up, were very accessible via whatsapp, and were very friendly. My tour guides Orman and Birck were pleasant and had a Turkish diploma in tourism so they knew their stuff. Cappadocia was the highlight of the trip and I recommend you pay extra for the hot air balloon ride. It was magical!
