Durante esta experiencia podrán disfrutar de un tour compartido en barco por la famosa Laguna de los Siete Colores, con transporte incluido desde el puerto de cruceros Costa Maya. Tendrán tiempo de nadar en 2 oportunidades ¡No olvides tu traje de baño! Saldremos desde Costa Maya, y haremos un viaje por carretera de 1.15hs hasta la Laguna. Llegaremos a nuestro muelle frente al Cenote Esmeralda, donde nuestra tripulación los estará esperando para abordar el barco. Navegaremos por cenotes e islas, y disfrutaran de nadar en aguas cálidas y cristalinas. Durante el tour ofreceremos frutas, aguas y cerveza. Itinerario
Navegaran por los distintos Cenotes abiertos que tiene la Laguna, conocerán la Isla de los Pájaros y el Canal de los Piratas. Para llegar a ella tendremos un viaje de 1.15 horas en transporte terrestre, y 1.15 horas de regreso hasta el punto inicial.
Conoce el Canal que utilizaban los antiguos mayas en sus rutas comerciales del norte de la península al sur. Recibe su nombre actual ya que también funcionó como conexión marítima a la laguna para los bucaneros que buscaban contrabandear mercancías.
La Isla de los Pájaros es un lugar ideal para el ecoturismo, así como para los fanáticos de la fotografía. En ella se encuentra gran variedad de especies de aves como loros, búhos, gavilanes, calandrias, garzas y espátulas rosadas.
Visitaremos el cenote negro, conocido como cenote la bruja. El más profundo de la laguna

El dia del tour, el chofer estará en la entrada del puerto, con un letrero con su nombre, listo para abordar el traslado a Bacalar. El día anterior al tour, daremos a través de WhatsApp los detalles de nombre del chofer y número de vehículo autorizado.

Our family booked this when our cruise ship was scheduled to port at Costa Maya. Unfortunately the sea was very rough that day and we were unable to dock. Communication with Wild Wave Bacalar was excellent. Upon finding out that our cruise ship was unable to dock, they immediately refunded our money. We hope to go back and take the excursion one day! Please rest assured that this is a reputable company that communicates well with you.
This was the highlight of my excursions Great communication with the tour operator They met me at the end of the cruise walk Met other people and we all got Ina taxi provided by the tour The drive there and back was efficient The beautiful boat ride narrated by a young local lady was fantastic We stopped a couple of time and our small group enjoyed this magnificent turquoise color I highly recommend A pinch me moment
Beautiful location, extremely nice crew. However, the instructions to get to the meeting place were not clear. We had to stop many times to ask other venders to meet the taxi drivers and it quite a walk to get to outside taxi .

Awesome experience! Everything was great, including the fresh fruit snacks. Captain was knowledgeable and explained everything immensely. Water was crystal clear and warm.
It’s about an hour and 10 minute drive to get to the area where you get on a pontoon and see the lagoon. It is very nice. Very clear water then you have to go an hour and 10 minutes back to the boat so it’s over two hours of travel time.
The pickup was prompt and WhatsApp really helped to identify who when Great communication from several days leading to The 1 hour or so drive by the hired taxi was smooth to the little simple and yet lovely venue Right away we proceeded to separate into chalupa or little boats We spent fabulous time going to a deep black hole and then across freshwater so blue that it felt magical Great company Few cannettes of beers and fruits Nice explanation very down to earth Beautiful scenery and a couple of stops to walk or swim in that blue We were back at our ports in time Met lovely people who also toured I highly recommend and even as a Solo Ps no sunscreen in your face unless you don’t put it in the water
The truth is a disappointment and a total deception..first left us waiting about 1 hour! To pick us up and then the tour did not last as indicated! It lasted much less to start the afternoon of the pickup and be able to return. I don't really recommend them!
Buenos dias Adriano, por favor si vas a dejar un comentario que sea con la verdad. No tuviste que esperar 1 hora, es completamente falso, llegaste antes y pasaron 25 minutos de la hora oficial de cita. Se te explicó que habían otros pasajeros llegando con movilidad reducida y fueron completamente groseros con el personal y 0% empaticos, incluso entre ustedes mismos. El tour de barco dura entre 2.30 y 3hs dependiendo la embarcación. Tu tour duró 2.30hs exactamente lo que especifica el itinerario, por lo cual tambien es falso lo que dices. Te recomendamos que si no tienes la amabilidad, empatia paciencia y flexibilidad de reservar un tour compartido con mas pasajeros, la proxima reserva experiencias privadas. Saludos
What an amazing day out in Bacalar. The transportation was great, followed by the wonderful Sylvia full of knowledge about the lagoon.
We did the pontoon tour around the lagoon with Wild Wave and it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The tour took us through different points to swim in those incredible waters, with time to enjoy, play with the ball we were given and just connect with the magic of Bacalar. The attention of the team was impeccable: we were offered fresh fruit, cold beers and a super clear guide in both Spanish and English. The energy of all the staff is super cute, attentive, respectful and very cool. Captain Silvia makes your tour very fun and interactive, informs you of the history and wealth that inhabits the lagoon. A huge point in favor: I traveled with Juana, my little dog, and we were received with total love and naturalness. It was a quiet, safe and very enjoyable walk for both of us. If you are in Bacalar and want to live the lagoon from a relaxed, caring and authentic place, Wild Wave is the experience. I highly recommend.
