We had a great experience. Bring your appetite and good walking shoes. Our tour guide Olin was kind and very informative. We learned a lot about the history of mexico and he helped us with tips on places to visit. We stopped at places to eat that I would never have considered but everything was delicious. We learned about Mexican spices, pulque, and even mexican candy. I would highly recommend this tour.
We really enjoyed this tour. Great combination of history, cultures and delicious food. We especially enjoyed the market at Guerrero.
I deeply wanted to live a different tour, one that would allow me to get out of the conventional and into the real essence of another city. With Olin as our guide, we get to know the daily life of a real Chilango: its customs, its flavors and its daily rhythm. We fell in love with food, drinks, the visit to the market and, of course, the experience of gorging on sweets until we could not 😅. In addition, during the tour we also learned about the history of the country and the city, which made the experience even more complete. We left happy, grateful and heart-filled for an authentic, close and memorable experience.
As a history nerd I SOOOO loved this tour!! Great food and I learned so much about Mexico Independence and Revolution. I even got recommendations for other sites for the remainder of my stay. Even the centro Sanborne was incredible! I think the revolution monument was my favorite but the end at the rooftop bar is a close second. Added bonus was the subway education so I don't always need to go to Uber when my feet are done for the day. :)
This tour company is really doing something special: delivering a fantastic tour that takes you beyond the usual spots, delivering history and culture and food in such a cool way. We have done a lot of Mexico City tours but had friends who had never been here, so we wanted them to see a lot of the Centro Histórico without boring us. We loved our guide,Olin (who runs the tour company and built the tour). The food stops were all fantastic and broke up the walking well. He was fun and informative. Food was great and off the beaten track, and the time flew by. We Covered a lot of distance but Olin accommodated my vision-impaired husband well. For the money, you won’t get a better tour!
We really enjoyed this experience, it is a view of how to live in Mexico City with a local. We tried different food and beverages which were amazing!! Ollin and Alice were very attentive and shared tips and recommendations to us. Will definitely recommend!
