I had the same issue as other reviews: This tour was not as described. No visit to Budva. We did have a driver, but he was not a guide. He let us off to explore on our own, but no guide. The trip was to include Budva, but he did not take us there. We took the ferry across the bay and he dropped us at Porto Montenegro instead of taking us to Budva. Finally the tour was described as having a one hour tour of old town, but he dropped us off there and pointed at the gate to get in.
Awful. A taxi driver would have given us more information. He was 45 minutes late to start the tour and at the end of the tour he asked everyone on the van to get out and walk due to the traffic. He repeatedly left us to roam alone with only one place of information. For example I will be back in 1 hour to pick you up. His conversation with us was more about finding who we were rather than educating us on the history of the region and city. After this experience I will shop other tour companies. Viator leaves out key details in their travel synopsis about the operator we will be getting. As well as how many people we will be traveling with.
The tour was great, Dragan made the trip the best! He was informative, friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this tour, request Dragan as your tour guide!
A bit unorganized. So much so that you might consider just hiring a car or taxi to drive you to the dock so that you can take a ferry to the island "Our Lady of the Roxks" and back, and then drive you around the bay. We were met by one guy, handed over to a van driver, then left at the dock to catch a dingy to the island and dumped. Had to forage our way back to shore in time to meet back up with the van driver, who then drove a simple circuit around the bay and back to a point approximately where we started.
Our tour guide Dragan is an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very very helpful .
An easy way to see a bunch of Kotor quickly. It’s definitely more of a sightseeing experience than a history lesson. Theres some walking but it’s self guided so it can be as exerting as you want it to be. Our guide was considerate and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I’d definitely do the 8/9 am tour, it gets really packed in the afternoon.

Great way to see the area around Kotor with a local. Comfortable transport, driver picked us up exactly on time and head great knowledge of the area. Really enjoyed the day and would recommend.
