Reúnase con un guía local experto y emprenda un recorrido histórico por la ciudad española de Jerez. Pasee por sus calles, plazas, edificios y monumentos, aprendiendo sobre el patrimonio histórico y artístico de la ciudad en el camino.
La Alameda Vieja es una zona verde y recreativa cercana al Alcázar. Su origen se remonta al entorno del Alcázar, estando dedicado al héroe de Jerez Fortun de Torres.
Iglesia gótica principal. Su torre es el punto más alto de la ciudad. Bien de Interés Cultural, esta iglesia de San Miguel fue declarada Monumento Histórico-Artístico Nacional en 1931.
Visitaremos únicamente los alrededores del Alcázar.El Alcázar es un conjunto de edificios fortificados de origen almohade (probablemente del siglo XII, siendo el edificio almohade más antiguo de la Península Ibérica).
Visitaremos solo los alrededores de la catedral.La catedral de Jerez es una construcción del siglo XVII que combina estilos gótico, barroco y neoclásico.
La Plaza del Arroyo es uno de los espacios públicos históricos más grandes existentes dentro de las murallas islámicas de la ciudad. En esta plaza se ubican el palacio Bertemati y el palacio del Conde de Puertohermoso. Visitaremos solo sus alrededores.

Interesting tour and unfortunately very hot indeed , lovely guide but spoke too fast . She was most helpful but my husband wears hearing aids so prefers slower speech .

We had the pleasure of meeting Rose and having her guide us around Jerez, pointing out interesting historical sights and details, and regaling us with interesting bits of history. The tour was well-paced, and she sent us a list of local eateries to try when we finished.
We have come a group of friends to visit this winery and it has been an experience that I recommend if you want to know how this spectacular chamomile is produced! Laura has been an outstanding guide, she has taught us a lot and has conveyed the special and different of this denomination of origin!! El Chapparal and la siesta bars and restaurants are very good. If you want live music Rosie's bar, cha locos and Carmen's offer some good acts.If you want good food Carmen's,and Rosie's are good. Restaurant casa Mia offer a great choice of English and Italian food and a good breakfast.
We booked an English speaking tour. A Spanish couple were included so it became a bilingual tour. A lot of time to wait for the translation. The guide was sweet girl but her delivery in English was with too much information delivered at too high a speed. We felt very sorry for our Dutch members in the group who, although their English was impeccable, found it extremely difficult to follow the guide. We do either walking tours or cycle tours wherever we go but this one did not work for us.
