El recorrido comienza a las 8 a.m. desde su alojamiento en Belgrado.
Después de 2 horas de viaje, llegará a la Fortaleza de Golubac, construida en el siglo XIV y ubicada en la entrada del Parque Nacional Puerta de Hierro, donde el Danubio es más ancho y la naturaleza es más verde.
Lepenski Vir, el sitio arqueológico ubicado cerca, es el siguiente en nuestra ruta. Este asombroso sitio es uno de los asentamientos urbanos más antiguos de Europa, poblado hace 8000 años.
El tour continúa con un recorrido panorámico a través de Iron Gate Gorge, el desfiladero más largo de Europa, que consta de cuatro desfiladeros y tres valles. El desfiladero más hermoso es Malí y Veliki Kazán, donde el Danubio se estrecha a solo 140 m y alcanza la profundidad de más de 90 m. Pararemos en el mirador junto a la carretera para que puedas admirar la parte más impresionante del Danubio. Aquí también tendrá la gran oportunidad de ver la famosa atracción del mundo: la estatua del rey Decébalo, último rey de Dacia, que representa la escultura rupestre más alta de Europa.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
La recogida se organiza de 7:30 a.m. a 08:00 a.m. La recogida se ofrece desde hoteles, apartamentos, hostales, etc. situados en el centro de Belgrado (hasta 5 km de la Plaza de la República). El guía no esperará más de 5 minutos después de la hora de recogida programada. Si su alojamiento se encuentra en la zona peatonal principal, se le puede pedir que se reúna con el guía en el lugar de recogida ubicado a un máximo de 2 minutos a pie de su alojamiento. Recoge los detalles que recibirás el día antes de la salida por correo electrónico o Whats App no antes de las 5 p.m.

It was a great tour, combined history, amazing nature , some trekking. Our guide Nina and driver Ljubos made our trip very pleasant. We could enjoy the best views of the valley and rivers. We were provided with bottled cold water, we had testing of 2 kind of rakia( Serbian drink), tickets were included to the trip price. I highly recommend this excursion and this team!

I have made 2 full day tours: Iron Gate National Park and Gems of Eastern Serbia. I liked both the tours, they are very interesting to explore the Serbia on the east. The guides Nina and Jelena were very nice. I really enjoyed with them. Also the driver (Ranko) was fantastic. He always drives professional with the correct speed. I really advice to explore the Serbia with this agency

Golubac Fortress was the one landmark I really wanted to see outside of Belgrade during my trip to Serbia, so I was glad Serbia Inspired Tours was flexible, allowing the tour to still operate even though we were below the minimum participant number with a surcharge. Jelena was informative and energetic, and our driver, Milan, made the tour extra special by sharing his rakia. In general, it was fantastic spending the day with both of them. The drive to the national park is long, but it's well worth it with the amount of stops this company makes.

Jelena was a fabulous guide and Ranko was an excellent driver. Glubac Fortress was windy but worth the visit. The Palace had wonderful exhibits, a movie, and some medieval weaponry. We went to a wonderful archeological site that was very informative. Jelena put us through our paces on a hike to a fantastic overlook. The statue of Decelabus was amazing. A highlight for me. After visiting several sights we went to a lovely restaurant with terrific food and service, Mirocka Dolina. Definitely try the stuffed mushrooms and fried cheese with honey. The end to a marvelous day.

Our guide, Jelena, was amazing. Our driver, Ranko, was very nice and drove safely. Golubac Fortress is marvelous. We walked up into some ramparts for some spectacular views of the Danube River at its widest. There was an art exhibit in the palace and some medieval relics. Two people were dressed in period pieces and they let us hold a falcon. Our next stop was a very interesting archeological site. Unearthed in the mid-1960s by students from Belgrade University. Next we took a long hike to a spectacular overlook of the river. Then we went to the narrowest part of the Danube and continued to an overlook of Decebalus, a giant stone carving in the gorge in Iron Gate National Park. Magnificent!!! After a couple more stops Jelena took us to the Mirocka Dolina restaurant to eat. We shared fried cheese with honey, mushrooms stuffed with cheese, tomato, and ham. Then we had a schnitzel, Serbian style. It is meat, pork for ours, with cheese in the middle, rolled, breaded, and fried. It was served with french fries. Everything was delicious. I can't say enough about how wonderful this trip is.
