It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate flight details upon booking, and while we sent you the confirmation to check, you did not reply to it. Our Service Delivery: Our guide was deployed precisely on time to meet flight BR67, holding a personalized name placard. The Discrepancy: When you contacted us stating no one was there, we immediately sent you the photo above as verification. We reached out to you multiple times via Viator to verify your arrival details because the flight number provided was incorrect. Unfortunately, we never received a response. Without a valid flight number, we cannot track your arrival or assign a guide to the correct terminal. Other guests were met with signs because their flight details were confirmed. Because we could not fulfill the service due to missing information, a 100% refund was automatically processed for you.
