- Para la pregunta al finalizar la compra "¿Dónde desea que lo dejen?", ingrese "Salir" o "Nombre de su hotel" si reservó un traslado al aeropuerto.
- Para llegadas prioritarias entre las 00:00 y las 05:59 se aplica un suplemento de 500 baht por persona, mínimo 2 personas.
- Para salidas con acceso rápido con sala VIP Premium de 00.00 a 05.59 a. m., se aplica un suplemento de 1300 baht por persona, mínimo 2 personas.
- Retrasos en el vuelo - Si su vuelo se retrasa, no es necesario notificarnos. Nuestro guía del aeropuerto será informado, ya que monitoreamos activamente los horarios de vuelo.
- Cambios de vuelo - Si cambia el número de vuelo, notifíquenoslo al menos 6 horas antes de la hora de llegada programada originalmente para que podamos actualizar el horario de su guía. Tenga en cuenta que, debido a las normas de privacidad, las aerolíneas no nos informarán de los cambios en su itinerario; es responsabilidad del pasajero notificarnos directamente para garantizar que se preste su servicio.

Booking the VIP Fast Track in Phuket was hands down the best decision we made for our trip. From the second we stepped off the plane, the arrival was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. What really blew us away, though, was the incredible customer service before we even landed. Tak at IAsia Thailand noticed an error in the flight details we had submitted and proactively emailed us to get everything corrected ahead of time. Because of Tak's sharp attention to detail, our guide was waiting right at the gate to escort us through customs without a hitch.

Unfortunately no one showed up. I waited around for quite awhile. Luckily it didn't take too long to get through customs.

Couldn’t believe how good this service is. Met at the top of the fly bridge and through to baggage in 5 mins. The 2 staff assigned to us were brilliant. The normal queue for immigration was at least a 2 - 3 hr wait. I’ve never seen the arrivals hall so busy in many trip to Phuket. Anyone going through Phuket International, do yourself a BIG favour and use this service. You won’t regret it.

The fast track service was a great experience and made arriving at Phuket Airport a breeze. We were met at the jet bridge by a couple of very kind and helpful staff that help us navigate the airport and immigration. This saved us a ton of time when we were exhausted after several long flights and we were on our way to our hotel in less than 20 minutes.
