Six of us took the Ballooning Experience ride over Marrakesh and he turned down to be one of the best experiences in Morocco. They picked us up from our hotel drove us to the site that was filled with balloons, they explained everything we needed to know before during and after our flight, we entered the balloons took off, and we actually sailed the sky during early morning. From our balloon, we saw the sun pop out of the Atlas Mountains and illuminate the landscape with golden Hughes. I will never forget that site. The sale was smooth and Yusuf made sure all of us were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We took pictures before during and after, and we enjoyed an incredible authentic Moroccan breakfast on the ground. I highly recommend ballooning experience if you’re gonna do a hot air balloon ride in Morocco. They are the best hands-down.

Just fantastic in every way. We were collected from a point near our riad exactly on time (4.40am) and driven by a safe and knowledgeable driver (Youssef) who shared lots of other helpful info and tips about our general trip to Marrakech. He had previously sent us a google maps link and checked we knew where we were being picked up, offered any support needed. 25 min drive to the balloon site and we were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits. We met Youssef (pilot) who was warm and gave a great welcome. He gave a professional briefing of what to expect and we all felt relaxed and excited. We ended up driving to a different spot as the wind was high and Youssef wanted us to have the best flight - it actually added to the adventure off-roading to get to a balloon basket and watching the sail being filled whilst the sun started to creep up - stunningly beautiful. The flight was 40 minutes and we seemed to go higher and further than the other balloons we could see. Youssef encouraged 10 minutes of quiet time when we were at our highest to reflect. It was an emotional experience which I hadn't expected. Utter silence that high in the sky and drifting along without the feel of an engine or sound of motor. No vertigo or motion sickness (I usually get both), just pure high. I couldnt recommend this company enough, it was the trip of a lifetime!

Very good service. It is a small company that dedicates personalized time to tourists. I recommend it! Very beautiful sunrise and very well attended during breakfast afterwards.

The most amazing experience. I researched which company to use and I am so happy we went with this one. Although they are a little more expensive than others, the ease of the trip and the amazing breakfast made it worth every penny! We were picked up after 5 and only had one other stop nearby to pick up two other passengers. We were in the air for sunrise and did not have to wait for a second group to go so after breakfast we were driven right back to the hotel. Our pilot Juan was so funny and informative and we were able to ask any questions we had. The breakfast was the best I had in all of Morocco. Would recommend this tour with this company to everyone!

A magical experience in Marrakech. Prompt pick-up from the medina for the half hour drive outside the city to the balloon launch area. Youssef, the pilot, gave a comprehensive safety briefing and explained everything well, both before and during the flight. We were eight people in a basket for sixteen so plenty of space to move around and take photographs. We took off before sunrise for a flight that lasted about 45 minutes - it was very serene floating over the Marrakech valley and the dozens of other balloons in the sky. A smooth landing and delicious breakfast finished off a great morning. Highly recommended.

His skill and passion were evident in every moment of the flight and his entire team was just as fantastic – professional, welcoming and attentive. After comparing several providers, I can confidently say this is the best choice. From the punctual pickup at our Riad to the smooth drop-off, everything was perfectly organized. Even the drive to the launch site was special, as we got to know Youssef and his inspiring story. Upon arrival, we enjoyed coffee, tea and cookies in a Berber tent while receiving a thorough safety briefing – safety was clearly a top priority. We were among the first in the sky and enjoyed an extended flight, landing later than most. The takeoff and landing happened away from the crowds, making the experience feel even more exclusive. This was the perfect birthday gift for my boyfriend and an unforgettable experience overall. Exceptional service, a breathtaking flight and outstanding value for money – highly recommended!

A magical ballooning experience over the diverse landscape of Morocco with the best Captain, Youssef. From the time he picked us up to the minute he dropped us to our Riad, we had a positive, inspiring and welcoming visit, great conversation and a dream come true ballooning trip. This was one of the most memorable experiences we have had in Morocco. The communication before and during the excursion were outstanding.
