Our Santorini wine tour with Nicolas was hands down one of the best experiences of our trip. He picked us up right on time and from the very first stop, walking us through a vineyard on the volcanic soil, you could tell how much he genuinely loves this island and its wine. He picked up rocks to show us the different volcanic layers and explained how they shape the flavor of the grapes, which made everything that followed taste even better. From there we headed to Wine Solutions for our first proper tasting, a relaxed and beautifully curated spot where Nicolas paired each pour with easy, thoughtful explanations rather than a rehearsed script. The real highlight was our final stop at Anhydrous Winery. Nicolas took us into the cellar to see the striking amphorae and oak barrels, then sat us down for a four-wine tasting alongside a three-course meal that just kept getting better with each dish. He knew the story behind every glass and made sure we understood exactly why Santorini wine tastes like nowhere else. Nicolas made the whole day feel personal, fun, and genuinely educational without ever feeling rushed. If you book this tour, ask for Nicolas specifically. He is the reason this day will stand out from our entire trip to Greece.

My wife and I had the best time on the tour, our guide Constantine was very friendly, very knowledgeable and made the whole trip so memorable. We usually only drink red wine but the whites and rose wines were amazing, Thank you!!

Micheal was amazing start to finish! We stopped twice for samples of wine, the first stop we was shown where the grapes are grown and given meats and cheeses to accompany 4 samples. The second stop was outstanding, with 3 courses of food and 5 more samples of wine. Micheal told us cool facts, all we needed to know, would recommend this tour if you are looking for a wine experience in Santorini 🌟

Constantine was an absolute gem of a guide! It was my mom’s birthday and he even brought out a candle for her birthday! Very knowledgeable and answered so many questions! We were so lucky to have him as our guide. We had two stops the first was a store where we tried a variety of wines from all over Santorini, and the second was the Anhydrous winery where we also had lunch. The food and wine were amazing! Highly highly recommend this tour!
