This was a good, low-commitment way to learn more about this city’s history and highlights. It wasn’t comprehensive, but gave a satisfying overview.
This was a really, great walking tour. Really appreciated the use of voicemap and the guide was great. very conversational, not too heavy on content - just the perfect amount. Brought us to places that we ended up pausing the tour and spending quite a bit of time, and then pi ked it back up again. Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better walking tour. Wish he did Italy as well!
Excellent tour. Worked well. Was travelling solo so this was just right. Could start and stop whenever I wanted.
A fun, lively and informational tour; well worth doing. The content was engaging and interesting. We had no troubles with the GPS. We did wander off course some but could easily get back to the designated route. My husband’s unhappy review reflects the trouble he had purchasing the tour from the TripAdvisor site; when I bought and he re-bought the tour directly from the VoiceMap app we were successful.
Code did not work. Tried to get a refund, system locked me out and refused to give me a refund. Now they want me to give 100 words in this review. So my experience was terrible terrible terrible. Terrible. Terrible terrible
Hi We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. If you could please contact us directly, we'll investigate what went wrong and process a refund. Thank you, Alicia
It started out well, but became confusing to use. We chose to use Trip Advisor’s list of things to do instead, and had a much more enjoyable experience.
Hi We're sorry you felt the tour was confusing to use. Listener feedback is very important to us. Could you please let us know what was confusing about the tour? It's a well-loved tour that regularly gets 5-star reviews on VoiceMap. Keep well, Alicia
Interesting information. The GPS feature worked most of the time. Sometimes directions were a bit delayed and I had to backtrack. Overall a worthwhile experience.
Truly fascinating, easy to follow and just long enough. The tour highlights some of the interesting historical buildings in Aix-en-Provence. The guide is really easy to use and you can stop, start, go over and/or skip places as you wish. Very flexible, it allows you to wander at your own pace and brings the old city alive. We’ll worth it. Communication from the organisers was excellent and provided step by step instructions of how to gain access and download the tour. Highly recommended as an introduction to a beautiful city.
This is a downloadable audio guide that guides you around the city while telling you about its history. Worked really well and the content was excwllent. Saw several things we would have misses without thw app. The tourist office could recommend almost nothing in English an what they had was expensive. This was cheap and easy. Will buy more cities from here.
