Este taller es dirigido por verdaderos expertos en café : • Un entrenador certificado que ha entrenado a baristas en hoteles y restaurantes de 5 estrellas. • El fundador de Sử Quán Roastery, dedicado a preservar las historias no contadas del café vietnamita. • Un apasionado entusiasta del café que ama compartir la belleza y diversidad de las cervezas de Vietnam. Ubicada dentro de una villa de estilo indochino escondida en un tranquilo callejón oculto, esta experiencia combina cultura, artesanía y conexión. Lo que experimentarás : • Descubre historias menos conocidas detrás de la herencia cafetera de Vietnam. • Disfruta de una sesión totalmente práctica y aprende a preparar 6 emblemáticos cafés vietnamitas. Una parte gentil de este taller también apoya la educación de los niños en nuestra finca de café Da Lat, donde las familias han cuidado su tierra durante generaciones. NOTA : Estaremos disfrutando de mucho café, así que lo mejor es tener una comida ligera de antemano!

Super fun experience! Learned lots, drank good drinks, and fun way to meet other tourists. Our guide, Pa, was such a joy!
Piey was amazing and I got to have a private session being the only one in the session. We chatted, she showed me many drinks, and we got to have a great time together. I'm really glad I signed up and highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in coffee or Vietnam's culture. I can't wait to make my own coffee at home for my family and friends!
My husband and I came for coffee tasting. Mark was really fun and had good knowledge of coffee. A different experience to what we have done before, really enjoyed it. Would recommend!
Terrific insight to Vietnamese coffee culture and different types of drinks. Very worthwhile, Pa was a very helpful instructor and all the drinks were delicious. It’s a lot of caffeine though so you can skip your morning coffee before you come.

Mark and Colin did a great job teaching and entertaining us with coffee. Was excited to learn how to make coconut coffee and egg coffee and was not disappointed! The rest is a bonus. Highly recommended, particularly if you like coffee or want to learn great recipes like I did. They even sent through the link with recipes from the event, making it even easier for taking home.
