Basado en una cafetería con una larga historia, lo guiaremos a través de los pasos para conocer los cafés vietnamitas y de Hanoi. Tendrá la oportunidad de ver, tocar y oler los granos de café populares aquí en todas sus formas, aprender sobre la historia del café en Vietnam y todos los datos divertidos al respecto. Luego, podrá prepararse 5 bebidas de café y disfrutarlas una por una junto con algunos bocadillos.

We did the workshop with Hazel and it was quite an experience. Not only did she teach us how to prepare typical coffees, but she also told us the history behind each one of them. Highly recommended! It's like taking a little piece of the country to your kitchen forever!
Our experience with Hazel has been wonderful. She has told us many interesting facts about coffee and its entire production, harvesting, processing… She taught us how to make Egg Coffee and Salted Coffee and it was delicious! 100% Recommended
Hazel was so cool. She taught me how to make 5 or 6 drinks i don’t even remember i was having too much fun. And the drinks where great! Very informative about Vietnam coffee , tradition, and culture. Awesome people , and im very happy !

Very good time spent with Hailey. She explained the basics of coffee very well and we prepared several recipes together. 2 hours that went by quickly. When leaving, we have everything we need to make it again at home.
