We had the best experience with Paolo!! We enjoyed making the different types of spritz and the pasta was amazing! we chose the pesto and the ragu-oh my! Paolo was great fun to spend the afternoon with, taught us a lot to do with pasta! Will highly recommend! Thanks Paolo!! xxxx
Giorgia was amazing would definitely recommend doing the cooking class with her very attentive and informative also a great laugh loved our northern accents and told us a lot about the history of the drinks and the food don’t miss out on this experience you’ll never forget it

We had such a great time learning how to make our own pasta and spritz! Carlo do a great job thoroughly explaining what we needed to do, and the pasta turned out delicious!
