We joined the Ha Long Bay day trip on Hercules grand cruise from Hanoi. The whole booking experience was super smooth. The agent was responsive and informative. The whole experience was excellent! The cruise ship is very new. Lunch was good. The surprise cave, swimming at tiptop island was nice. The highlight of the tour is the speedy boat (extra cost). The tour guide Nam was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended with this agent and the Hercules grand cruise tour.
Very exciting and beautiful experience. The driver was fun and intertaining and was a part of making the whole trip memorable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam

We did the 3-day tour and it was amazing!! My rider, Ban, was incredible, I felt safe on the motorbike and enjoyed the ride. There were plenty of coffee stops with wonderful views, a waterfall swim, and a boat ride. The food was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this tour!

Very beautiful, lots of great things to do. I felt very safe with my driver Hai, who was experienced and friendly. The small size was great to get to know our group. Food was plentiful but not very exciting, and the accommodation had some issues (bugs and such), but overall a great experience.

It was a nice trip with great views. Everyone was really engaged. There's also a vegeterian option of the food, that's great! My driver Mingh did a really good job:) I would highly recommend this experience!

Amazing experience and probably the best thing I did in Vietnam. Beautiful scenery, great food, and had a an amazing time on the bike. My driver Sang was very safe and experienced, and made the journey feel very comfortable. Our guide Ban spoke excellent English, was very experienced, and was very engaged. This is an absolute must-see in Vietnam.
