He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job showing us the highlights while also sharing interesting details along the way. A couple of things to note for future travelers: the admission fee is paid separately at the check-in office, so be sure to have cash with you. It would be more convenient if this could simply be included in the tour price. The group was also fairly large, so there were a few people who needed to move at a slower pace. We visited at the end of September, and the weather was perfect. There were definitely crowds, but it was nowhere near as busy as I imagine it would be during peak season. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this tour. And if you can, ask for Frano—he was a wonderful guide and made the experience even better!

Sanja & Mia are great guides with amazing knowledge.
Sanjay and Mia did a great job introducing to the park. We saw both upper and lower lakes and made stops at the important photo opps. Super nice guides, very friendly and knowledge.
Long physical walk but well worth the effort. Guide very knowegable and informative. Bus used on 1st leg of tour a bit tired and noisy. 2nd leg of tour bus very good.
The tour is really well-organized. Our guides, Mia and Sanja, really tried to maximize our time in the park. The luggage transfer is also smooth, you just need to check you have yours before boarding the bus back. Highly recommended!
