Seeing Teotihuacan itself was the most amazing thing of the day. Sergio provided a great introduction as we were driving to the temple city and good information as we walked through the area. I do think the tour should provide water for the trip home. We spent a lot of time in the hot sun and my guess is that most of us had drunk all the water we brought ourselves before the end of the long day. Our driver was excellent!
Dear Costumer Thank you for choosing Interliv Travel, Mexico We are very happy to hear that you had a wonderfull trip to Teotihuacan with our guide Sergio. We will put your consideration about the water for the future costumer. Thanks you so much for your comment. with warm regards from Christina Sørensen
The tour began with us being collected from the intercontinental hotel when the tour bus could have collected us from Camino Real Polanco. It was stop start collecting the remaining 10 sight-seers. We waited 20 mins outside a hotel for the last couple. Once we arrived at TEOTIHUACAN our guide CARLOS, pictured, was informative and chatty. We were approached by lots of hawkers and we looked at their wares. One hawker, again pictured with his accomplice, was selling silver jewellery and CARLOS our guide said that the vendor was trustworthy, he made the jewellery at home - a cottage industry and he’d recommended this vendor to his clients and had recommended this guy for over 10 years. Genuine and trustworthy. All his real silver is hallmarked CARLOS told us and he did a magnet test etc. CARLOS our guide said that others hawking silver were selling fake stuff. We bought 2 bracelets for gifts for USD200 using the hawkers card machine he said he’d send a digital receipt. This never materialised. I was the approached 5 mins later by another asker selling same products a lot cheaper annd asked CARLOS our guide why is this chap cheaper? He said that he was selling fake silver and not to worry. However I did worry. I took my silver to be tested by reputable jeweller in Mexico and was told it was cheap silver plate and the hallmarks are illegal. The authorities should crack down on this activity. This is a warning to other tourists like me and of course there is no recourse. I blame CARLOS our guide too for blatantly lying.
Dear Costumer Thank you so much for your comment. We want to inform you that Carlos is no longer working with us because of your comment. The comments he made was made in a personal matter and not in a compagny matter. we do not tolerate this behavour. How ever it is well known that you should never buy jewellies in the street and expect a good quality. Warm regards from Christina Sørensen
The visit to the shrine of Guadalupe was quite a lightening and moving. Also the pyramids tour was really impressive and you learn a lot about the history. I was delighted to have, for a second time on the same week, Fernando and Mayra as an our team of driver and tour guides, as they are wonderful to be with, friendly, fun, and very knowledgeable. A great thanks!
The experience was very good, we liked the explanation, they were very punctual, highly recommended.

Paid almost double the price of a regular tour in order to have a small group experience. Expected more comfort and additional access to guide. Tour later arriving (30 minutes). Stuffed into the back of a non passenger van with higher seats and lower window - making sightseeing impossible. At Teotihuacan, guide simply said “see you back here in an hour” Ridiculous.
It was an interesting tour and has met my expectation. I was put in a fully English-spoken tour. The tour guide was knowledgeable to explain and to answer questions. The size of the group was exactly 9 people as advertised.
It was an awesome experience, leaning about the history and culture about the Mexican history and their faith with the Virgin Guadalupe. It’s a great tour but for m it was a greater experience because the tour guide, Javier, and the driver, Aaron, very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to the entire group different needs.
Local travel agency Interliv Travel is taking care of their guests. I had a little glitch about the tour capacity 1 day before, but Luis solved it very kindly. Meeting point, tour route and timing is ideal. I am not a fan of souvenir shop visits during that kind of tours, but I liked it this time. Especially Rafael's souvenir shop visit was very nice. I was the only non Spanish speaker participant unfortunately. Our guide tried his best.. Pyramides are fascinating and it was one of the dream place to visit in my list. Guide and Agency they are all kind and nice people.
Great tour with Sergio, veery thoughtful explanations and very truthful as well. The sites are beautiful enough to embellish them with things are not real, and he did a great job of pointing this out and keeping the magic. The itinerary is great to get a lot done in one day
I’m waiting to see whether they do any own tours. They seem to outsource to mexitours and charge higher price than mexitours. Nothing wrong with mexitours but they charge half the price if you book directly with them in mexican pesos price.
