Itinerario

Badly organised and not as expected from the description. Had to use public transport and not a professional guide
We had a wonderful day with Koi touring the major temples of Bangkok. She was so knowledgeable and made for a very pleasant and interesting day. The temples are beautiful, and lunch at a local restaurant was delicious. We highly recommend this tour.
Everything and the knowledge of our tour guide, great weather. Bangkok has many places to enjoy and very clean. Great viator price.
Our tour guide, Nok, was very friendly and accommodating. She met us before time at our hotel (Royal Orchid Sheraton on the river), and it was only my wife and I on the tour. Since it was a Sunday, the boat company would start only at 10 am. So, Nok took us on a tuktuk to the Grand Palace first. There we first enjoyed the Emerald Buddha, and then walked around the Grand Palace complex, where Nok explained the various sights and attractions. We walked a short distance to see the giant Sleeping Buddha. Then we took a ferry to cross the Chaopraya River to visit Wat Arun. The views from the top were lovely. We rode the ferry back and then took a tuktuk to the Marble Temple to see another Buddha, and enjoyed its courtyard. Finally, the tuktuk drove us through the main avenues of the city and dropped us back at our hotel. Overall, it was a great experience, many thanks to our tour guide, Nok. Thanks!
The tour was very well organized. The guide picked us from our hotel and then we begin the tour. All entrance tickets and transportation costs to visit all places were paid by the guide. He got in queue to get tickets to each place. Peter was very knowledgeable and thorough with the history and interesting stories about each place. He explained everything properly. He was very caring and considerate, was patient the whole time in this tour and never rushed it even for a minute. I highly recommend this package to all tourists visiting Bangkok for first time as this will allow you to see most famous attractions nicely. If you plan to go to same places on your own without guide, you'll never be able to see it that good as I saw on my tour people without guide were just lost and didn't know exactly what needs to be done or where to go next. But with our guide, we always had directions and stories. This truly made it an amazing experience. Guide is definitely recommended. Booking this tour is worth it. I would like to thank Viator for putting a good tour together and big thanks to our Guide Peter who made the experience memorable. Thank you :)
It was supposed to be a group tour with an air conditioned vehicle but though the guide came early it was with public transport! After trying to sort it out with the tour company she paid for taxis and any mode of transport we wanted. Pra was an excellent guide and it turned into a private tour with Pra as our personal photographer!
This was a great tour .. Thank you Viator The family had a great Time. Our tour guide Jackie was excellent .
Thank you for reviewing our Grand Palace & Temples of Bangkok tour. Happy to hear you had a great time!
This is the most complete tour in Bangkok if you are looking to see the temples and royal palace! We had the most wonderful and amazing day visiting Bangkok. We passed through Chinatown, the Flower market and visited 4 temples: wat Phra Kaew (emerald buddha), wat Pho (reclining gold buddha), wat Arun and marble temple and the royal palace. Overall the tour was fantastic and I would definitely recommend. Our guide Tao was very helpful, available and friendly, never rushing us and giving us time to see and appreciate the temples and palace at our own pace and, explaining us the details of the temples and of the Thai culture. Tao was very experienced and knowledgeable and he also knew the best spots from which to take photographs. The transport van was very good with AC and the lunch was a wonderful and delicious surprise in a typical thai restaurant, where we had pad thai, green curry and refreshments (you can choose what ever you want, we went for the traditional thai plates!). The tour was very well organized. Thank you Tao for such an amazing day!
Dear Silvia, Thank you for taking the time to review our tour. We are glad to hear you had a very complete and wonderful tour through the culture of Bangkok. Take care and regards, Seb van den Oever Viengtravel
Our tour was rushed. The lady was annoying and would rush you when you tried to take pictures of anything. We were taken to some small restaurant and was forced to order the fried rice and nothing else which the food was terrible. They did the bare minimum and gave little effort.
Dear Jerry, First of all, apologies for our late response and thank you for your review. It’s really unfortunate to hear that you, and your second group, didn't feel the same as the first time you did this Grand Palace & Temple tour with us a week earlier. We actually received very positive feedback from our drivers and guides who accompanied you on the 17th of March. Therefore, we’re surprised by your comments and review. It’s never our intention that someone feels rushed. On the day of your tour we couldn’t use the same restaurant for lunch so we had to choose another one. Thank your bringing this issue about the food to our attention. We always love to receive feedback about our tours so we can improve our services. Regards, Eric
A wonderful tour of the palace, temples, Emerald Buddha and Reclining Buddha all in the one day! Plus a delicious lunch of authentic Thai all with our wonderful guide Venus. Would definitely recommend this tour!
