We had the best day in Arusha! Sam took us to so many places, shared information about Arusha and its surrounding. It was an amazing experience. He tailormade the trip for us and showed us hidden gems in Arusha. Hé is friendly, professional, knows the city by heart, is very positive also when things are going differently than expected. We were picked up by Sam at the hotel (outside of Arusha centre) and brought back safely, really recommended if you want to explore Arusha and its surroundings with a local!
If you want to visit Arusha and its surroundings properly, Sam is the right person to guide you and explain everything you need. He was always available for every question, recommended hidden gems, and made the whole experience much better. Very friendly, professional, and helpful even with things that were not part of the tour. 100% recommended!
The tour was great ! Sam is really friendly and he told us a lot about the city. He shows us lot of things too. I recommended 100%
We enjoyed a lot during Arusha visit Samwel took us from hotel and drop us back after the trip. He was on time without any delay. He supported us about local Simcard purchase and money exchange. It was enjoying, informational and effective time :)
Great morning tour, Tanzanite Experience was interesting and informative, the bustling markets, wonderful art gallery and brewery visit to finish. This was a fun tour and Sam is terrific, he provided good information, took photos and he was prompt. Recommended for a great overview of Arusha in a few hours. I enjoyed this very much.
It was a brilliant city tour. Sam has some great ideas for things to explore in the city. He’s helpful, friendly and it’s great fun. It’s well worth it.
I recommend this tour for anyone wanting to explore Arusha with the guidance of a knowledgeable local. The guide was very friendly and provided insightful information about all the sites we visited. Keep in mind that when you go to the Maasai Market and the public market, many vendors will try to sell you something persistently. Having a guide helps reduce this hassle. The Heritage Center was the highlight of the tour.
Thank you so much for choosing our tour was nice to meet you, karibu sana
Not knowing what to do with my full day in Arusha I decided to book this tour. Sana was an excellent driver guide and very passionate about his city and the sights and the vehicle was clean and comfortable, also has water for you if needed. The visit to the market was eye opening and full of colour and noise, I didn't mind at all. The stop at the Masai Market Curios and Crafts I could have done without as I hate saying no to people but there are lots to buy there and if you love to haggle then it might be your place, I am not a good haggler either. But the highlight was the visit to the Cultural Heritage Centre. I could have spent longer there and the guide in the centre, Derek, was helpful and very knowledgeable on the different arts and artists featured. The prices in the shop area are not negotiable but there is also no pressure to by but the art works in the centre are negotiable if your budget can stretch to them. I would highly recommend this tour and the operator.
Thank you so much Brett. it was my pleasure to show you around
My experience on this tour nothing short of extraordinary. Sam, the tour guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the beauty and culture of Arusha. The bustling markets, the natural serene, the art gallery - all revealed different facets of Arusha's rich tapestry. For me the art gallery was simple amazing. Its a must do if you find yourself in Arusha. The tour exceeded my expectations. The pick up and drop off from the hotel made the tour even more special and easy.
Thank you so much, We are happy you enjoyed You are welcome again
stay away from this underhanded company. I booked a tour, they didn't show up, and they are not replying to any messages or phone calls. they are thieves.
Hello, we are very sorry, again, for your experience. As I mentioned in my WhatsApp message to you after, I was very ill and unable to respond to you at that time. I also mentioned that Viator does not send me booking information, so I did not even know that you booked, otherwise I would have sent another guide for your trip as I do with bookings made off of this platform. I am very sorry, again, and I hope that Viator sent you your refund.
