Rio Secreto Regular Disfrute de un inolvidable tour subterráneo de extraordinaria belleza natural en grupos de máximo 10 personas con un guía especializado que le brindará información sobre las formaciones geológicas. Iniciamos recogiendo a nuestros invitados a sus hoteles y nos dirigimos al parque. Al llegar, le brindaremos el equipo necesario para el recorrido (casco con lámpara, traje de neopreno). Río secreto es un viaje a través de un museo de cristal, cuyas formaciones relatan la historia geológica de la tierra, y sin duda una experiencia transformadora de vida. Al terminar disfrutará de un buffet y de bebidas no alcohólicas.. El tour finaliza en su hotel en nuestra confortable transportación.. Una aventura que no te puedes perder.

we were very disappointed very bad experence Staff was bad the food and drinks were very bad for a resort claiming to be a five star Do not waste your time and money on this Location No premium drinks and the restaurants were 2 star at best No service we were there for two weeks wish it was 1 day
We are very sorry that you had such a negative experience at the Resort. However, evidently you are not rating the Full-Day Secret River Tour from Cancun & Riviera Maya, but a Resort., We do not offer stays at any Resort in Viator. If you want to share your experience, you should do it in the correct channel. The tour is not supposed to offer premium drinks, it only has one restaurant and offers the menu that is clearly specified in the tour description so this was not misadvertising. We would appreciate if you could remove this review and post it in the correct place..

If you’re looking for an extended time in the cenotes and underground river in this area, this excursion should be at the top of your list. Our guide Ambar was so knowledgeable and encouraged our curiosity about the region and the culture of the Mayan people. We spent at least and hour and a half exploring the cave system.
