Everything about this tour was great! Angela was an amazing tour guide as was Richard in Old Quebec. Simon got us there and back safely despite pouring rain, and Stephen was early/prompt and courteous. The falls were amazing but an hour is just not enough time! Personally I wouldn’t have minded if there was not a break on the way there in order to have had more time at the falls. The sightseeing cruise was definitely worth the money and I loved walking around the city. Thank you everyone for an unforgettable experience.
Yang our tour guide was exceptionally good. He made the trip from and gave clear instructions.
I received an email confirming the pick up the day before from Viator for 7am. I was up and waiting to go out into the street at 6:50am. I got a call from the operator saying I missed my pick up which was at 6:30am. The operator had sent a message to me via Whatsapp the day before to my phone number in Australia? Obviously being in Canada I had to use a travel SIM card so the message never came through. When the lady called telling me I missed my pickup for the 13hrs day tour to Quebec she blamed me and that she sent a message the day before. Not one message in the 3 months before. since Id booked it to advise of the earlier pick up- Oh No. Seriously!!! Then when I complained she sent some office worker to tell me it was too late. He called her again at my insistence and she said no too late you can go tomorrow. I could not go the next day as I was flying out of the country. Basically it was my bad luck. If they run tours for Tourists ALL THE TIME then surely this must happen ALL THE TIME . Somehow her call go through to me though didnt it. But not her message in WhatsApp. When I said why didnt she email like Viator did- she said her company dont get email our addresses. So my jewel in the crown tour day in Canada was ruined by their ineptitude and lack of professionalism to organise simple pick up instructions- that I also paid extra for. I have received no further correspondence about the refund I requested- so I never got to see Quebec and enjoy that part of Canada and am out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Not A Happy Customer
It was a long day but really good! They picked us up from our hotel which was so convenient and dropped us off after.(Jason our driver was great!) The day was planned very well and our tourguide Young(spelled different) was very spunky and happy. We also had the Lawrence River cruise included which was very nice. Quebec city is beautiful and worth the trip!
Great trip! Comfortable coach, fun guide! Young was great ! Just don’t give him food and don’t let him sing ;))
Fantastic Quebec City tour! Waterfall, cruise, and Old Quebec were amazing. William was engaging and made the day unforgettable!
Yang was great, he was very helpful and very professional! It was a great experience for me..! I would highly recommend it to everyone!
William was a great tour guide. My only suggestion would be to plan for a dinner stop. It was a fun experience.
This single day tour to Quebec City from Montreal was definitely worth it! Our bus was comfortable, our tour guide William was knowledgeable and friendly, and Quebec City is stunning! A little slice of Europe in Canada.
Everything went well with William, our guide, who ensured the tour was conducted in both French and English. However, the guide in Quebec did not care about my husband, the only French speaker in the group. Too much effort, I suppose, even though he is bilingual! The only translations he received were about 10% of the tour. I find it unacceptable that such a guide continues to work for Viator!! Everything else was perfect, but imagine my husband's disappointment!
