Beautiful weather perfect outing before getting on our ship. Lodge was historic and pristine. Great location to enjoy a glass of wine and a beer with my wife. Salmon and sides were very good and the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Beautiful to see the mountains and glaciers from above.

Holy smokes what a trip! This was a fantastic experience during our Princess Cruise to Alaska. Top not service and excellent people working. Flight was amazing and the views were incredible. Excellent customer service from flight crew and lodge folks. Food was delicious! Definitely recommend. Traveled with our 7 year old and she also had a blast!

My husband, our 18-year-old son, our 15-year-old daughter, and I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The flight to Taku Lodge was breathtaking, with incredible views that we'll never forget. A huge thank you to our pilot, John, who made the flight both enjoyable and informative. Once we arrived at the lodge, we were greeted by the friendliest, most welcoming staff. They made us feel right at home. The salmon meal they prepared was absolutely delicious—one of the best meals we had on our entire trip! We also loved learning about the fascinating history of Taku Lodge and the care and dedication that goes into preserving such a special place. It made the experience feel even more meaningful. The return flight to Juneau was just as spectacular as the trip out. Every moment of this excursion exceeded our expectations. If you're visiting Juneau and considering this excursion, don't hesitate—it is worth every single penny. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

The Wings Airways experience was truly the highlight of our Alaska trip—a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. From the check-in process at Merchants Wharf, to the flight itself, to the dining experience at Taku Lodge, everything far exceeded our expectations (and the price of admission). The narrated flight over the glaciers was both entertaining and educational—not to mention absolutely breathtaking. The food at the lodge was outstanding; I could not get enough of the delicious biscuits. While every staff member was stellar in their own way, our favorites were Nick at the lodge and Maddie, our pilot. Nick was an exceptional host, and Maddie was simply cool. Both went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. Their website says it best: "...our goal is to deliver something truly meaningful, memorable, and worthy of your investment—time well invested, in every sense." That promise was fully delivered.

This was an absolutely AMAZING experience for my wife and me! It was truly the #1 experience of our entire Alaskan Cruise adventure and sincerely an unforgettable adventure! The five planes that caravan over the mountains and glaciers are amazing! We captured incredible photos and videos in the air. Enjoyed a delicious coho salmon 🍣 lunch at the 100 year old lodge on Glacier Lake, plus enjoyed a guided nature hike around the beautiful lake. This is not an inexpensive adventure, but it’s truly worth every penny we spent and just loved everything about it!!!! Really, the #1 experience of our entire Alaskan Cruise!

Very much worth the price. A friend recommended the Floatplane experience while in port at Juneau on our cruise to Alaska. It was a spectacular experience! Seeing glaciers from the air and the narration during the flight was better than any cruise by sighting. At the lodge, the hosts were welcoming and the food was fantastic.

Seeing the glaciers from a sea plane was amazing and breathtaking. We booked an 11:30 timeslot but our ship came in a few minutes early and they were very accommodating at letting us get on an earlier flight to maximize our port time in Juneau. The lodge itself was also stunning. Great view of a glacier, beautiful scenic trails, friends staff, great food, clean restrooms…all around a great experience. My only complaint would be the bugs at the lodge. They do provide bug spray though, so I recommend asking where to find that before you wander off on any of the trails.

It was an exciting experience. The take off and landing in the water was very smooth. The visuals from the sky were spectacular. This Juneau was made to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary and we both feel it was the highlight of the trip. Highly recommend booking a flight as you will not regret it.

What an awesome way to see the Alaskan glaciers and the area around Juneau. The seaplane ride was smooth and comfortable. Of course the views from the plane were spectacular and not obtainable in any other way but by air. The pre-recorded trip narration was well done and informative. The relaxing BBQ salmon "feast" at the Taku Lodge was excellent, and there was so much food it really was a feast. We really enjoyed the lemonade because they cooled it with perfectly clear and clean ice harvested from the nearby glacier.
