¡La observación de ballenas es lo mejor! Sube a bordo con nosotros mientras buscamos majestuosas ballenas jorobadas en las aguas vírgenes de Juneau, Alaska, y otra fauna acuática que podamos encontrar en el camino. Nuestros capitanes expertos y naturalistas están tan familiarizados con estas increíbles criaturas que en realidad podemos garantizarle que verá ballenas en su hábitat natural desde una distancia segura. Nuestros barcos de última generación están equipados con baños y camarotes climatizados para hacer este viaje más cómodo. Nuestra flota de jet boats rápidos tiene mucho espacio en cubierta al aire libre para que pueda elegir ver la vida silvestre al aire libre o desde la comodidad de la cabina. ¡Esta es una aventura de Alaska que no querrás perderte!

Amazing morning of whale watching with the Alaska Tales crew. Beautiful boat, friendly and knowledgeable guides, and the whales were all showing off for us! We enjoyed close-up sightings of orcas, humpbacks, sea lions, bald eagles, and many jumping salmon! Totally worth the time during our day in port.
The crew was amazing!! Griffin was an absolute gem - he was so excited and that excitement was contagious. The boat is very comfortable. We saw a bear on the bus ride to the dock, then we saw bald eagles, a seal, an otter, porpoises, several humpbacks up close AND a pod of orcas! Don't hesitate to book this one!
Departure: 1430, 6/30/26: We sailed with Alaska Tales on a very comfortable vessel out of Auke Bay. Our naturalists and captain - Michelle, Guen, and Rachel shared their knowledge and experiences throughout the trip, enabling all to learn about the Humpback whale marine mammal, and other animals and things. We experienced 4 whale behaviors on the trip. 1. Logging: resting upright on the surface, motionless. Resembles a tree log floating. 2. Fluking: lifting its tail, powered by its peduncle, above the waters surface. 3. Pectoral Fin Slapping/Pec Slapping/ Flippering: used for long distance communication, courting, bonding, or a warning. 4. Breaching: whales propel more than 40% of their body out of the water. James, Kacie and Griffin were phenomenal! They were so enthusiastic about the whales which helped us all be more excited to see the whales too. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
An unbelievable experience! All women crew- Captain Michelle- naturalist Gwen and Rachel were amazing! So educated and information they told us was fab and so interesting. We were lucky enough to see so many humpback whales.. mother and calf breaching! Couldn’t believe it ! They know names of all the whales that reside in the area.. ! Unbelievable!
Everyone was so great! From Lexi delivering a spectacular and safe bus ride with tons of local info, to Claire and Monica showing us the best whales around town to Krichelle being a great captain leading us to the whales! Great experience and I can’t wait to recommend it to everyone !

Krichelle, Monica and Claire were an amazing crew! We saw so many whales and they were a wealth of knowledge for the millions of questions our kids had. They connected with us and personalized our experience which made it amazing for our kids. The boat was warm as well which was really nice to be able to warm up in between watching sessions.
The kids had a great time, the tour guides were very pleasant and knowledgeable, and were great even when the kids were being a bit crazy
