Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding My 10-Day Vietnam Tour Package with Thrillophilia – Request for Resolution Dear Thrillophilia Team, I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with the 10-day Vietnam tour I booked through Thrillophilia. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far below expectations, primarily due to the poor quality of accommodations. The hotels provided in Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Quoc, and Sapa were not up to the promised standards. Specifically: At Delta Sapa Hotel in Sapa, the property was very old and poorly maintained. In one of the rooms, the AC and Refrigerator were not working at all. The hotel staff was unresponsive and had a negative attitude when we raised the issue. The breakfast quality was extremely poor and practically unusable. The hotels in Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc were also not properly maintained and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort. This has severely impacted our holiday and caused significant inconvenience throughout the trip. I would not recommend Thrillophilia to anyone based on this experience. I booked many tickets during the tour but your agent closed my tickets without any consent. I requested you to kindly look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution at the earliest (such as a partial/full refund or compensation for the substandard services). But they outrightly rejected. donot believe on their committments. My worst experience till now.

So amazing Vietnam north to south, I like colorful culture with special cuisine in each region where we visited, Hanoi is so crowded, beautiful halong, poetry hue, hoi an then dynamic saigon… brilliant guide plus helpful lvptravel consultant all made our best experience
