Great experience. Professional crew. Best of all -AMAZING PICTURES!! One crew member was a photographer and we bought his whole suite of photos taken, what a deal~~not a bad photo in the bunch! Excellent guacamole and ceviche for lunch served to us in a paddle board on a sandbar. Excellent pina coladas made for us, whatever we wanted. Thanks for the best day on our cruise! The whole trip was worth the photos alone.

We had a fantastic trip. My two daughters and I were on the private boat Inolvidable for snorkeling. We stopped at four different places and saw absolutely everything we hoped for: turtles, rays, starfish, lobster, sharks and lots of fish! Our captain and snorkel guide were fantastic. They let us stay at each location for as long as we wanted and got some fantastic underwater photos of us! At our last stop we were served ceviche, guacamole, fruit and drinks. Perfect way to end the trip! We would definitely recommend and hope to come back to Cozumel to do this trip again!

Amazing experience in a private boat. From Stay to finish, the process was smooth. Boat captain and diver were amazing.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this company (after being VERY excited to go). Communication about where/how to find them off the cruise was unclear; we ended up having to taxi to a small marina where no one knew the company or boat we were supposed to have. The locals tried helping us by calling - and we kept being told the boat was ready and would be there soon. A boat finally arrived but it was not near what was pictured. They tried stalling again, saying they had to clean and load it but, and proceeded to bring a bunch of gasoline on the boat (and no cleaning or other prep). They told us we'd have beer/water and fruit (definitely not as advertised), but nothing else. There was also no shade on the boat, which was false advertisement. After waiting over 2 hours, we ended up canceling when we heard they also didn't have a captain ready. The locals at the marina shared this company had outsourced to them before and heard similar feedback, including just the week before when a man told them 'this isn't what I paid for.' That captures our sentiment exactly. The day was semi-salvaged by a local that helped us get to a good snorkling spot, but we had to spend another few hundered dollars in reserving seats on a beach and taking multiple taxis. This trip was going to be the highlight of our week on our cruise and unfortunately we never got to experience what was advertised.

This company is excellent. Very accomodating. The owner cared for our needs and made good on all his promises. Excellent. Our family had an excellent experience. We will use this company again next time we are in Cozumel—highest recommendations.

We had an absolutely amazing day on this trip. We were a group of co-workers. Some had only snorkeled a few times. Fernando was wonderful and took us to all of the best snorkel places. We saw lobsters, barracudas, starfish, a turtle, a nurse shark,, and stingrays. The water was super clear. It was an incredible experience especially for our newby snorkelers. He even went out of his way to help one person see some of the highlights they missed. We ended in this beautiful turquoise bay and had some yummy snacks. They made this a memorable trip for us. Best part of our cruise. Highly recommend.

This was the absolute best trip!!! We were with Jorge & Eric. We saw turtles, sharks, rays, barracuda, starfish, conchs, & lobster. Then at the sandbar we had the BEST fresh made ceviche, guacamole, & margaritas! Eric took amazing photos for us, too. Worth every penny and then some!

What an amazing day! Teens are hard to impress, but our group was blown away by the beauty and sea life in Cozumel. Captain Jorge and Tour Guide Eric far exceeded our expectations with their great service, snorkel tips, and fresh ceviche and guacamole. Eric takes amazing photos of the whole adventure. Even in very busy areas, we always felt safe. This was an unforgettable adventure and great way to end our cruise. Thank you for the memories!

Loved this private excursion with just our group of 4 adults and 4 children (9-13yrs). Not only did we get to visit 4 different locations, but ended the trip with some fresh made ceviche and guacamole while floating in the water with massive sting rays. If you’re looking for a more personalized experience, look no further.

Papacita Alex and Juanito were excellent guides! They took us to several snorkeling spots where we saw lots of fish and a sunken ship! They made food and drinks for us by a beautiful beach. We had a wonderful day on Cozumel! We did this on our Icon of the Seas trip with 9 of us and took a quick 5 minute cab ride it the marina. Worked out really well!! The company was in contact with us before our trip and gave lots of information and quickly answered any questions I had.
