Tour operator canceled just an hour before the start time citing issues at Viator’s end, leaving us stranded for the evening. Having booked a similar tour for another day, I was made aware that it’s the same tour provider and instead of redeeming themselves of poor customer service just a couple of days back, this time they chose to cancel the tour on me stating that they didn’t like I called them out and showed them the mirror about this unprofessional conduct. If I knew it’s the same vendor, I wouldn’t have opted for the tour.
Thank you for your review. To clarify, your first booking was affected by a technical issue between Viator and our reservation system, and we contacted you immediately. Unfortunately, we never received a response. Rather than canceling, we offered you an alternative tour later that same evening, which you declined. You subsequently booked the same tour with us again. However, due to the hostile and threatening nature of our previous interactions, we decided not to honor the second booking. We believe respectful communication is essential, and our staff should not be subjected to threats or abusive behavior. We regret the initial technical issue but stand by our decision.

This was an amazing trip up the Eiffel Tower with our guide, who knew so much about the history of it and little fun facts about Paris City. We enjoyed every view and story that went along with it. Once the guided tour was over, we had our own free time to explore and be up there for as long as we wanted! This was definitely a bucket list activity and an experience we will never forget! 🤩

The tour was very informative and Eiffel tower is as impressive up close as i expected. If only the waiting time was less!
I booked a tour of the Eiffel Tower but unfortunately missed the original appointment because my daughter had broken her foot just a week before our trip to Europe. Getting to the tour was challenging, and even Uber wasn’t much help. I explained the situation to the tour company, and they were incredibly kind, rescheduling us for the next day at a time that worked better for our circumstances. The tour itself was absolutely amazing! Hendricks Chukwudi, our guide, was phenomenal—he was not only knowledgeable but also made the entire experience fun and easy to follow.
