We opted for the 100-min experience and it was definitely worth it. They used the full time, where certain parts were mixed together like scrubbing/foam bath. I’ve done massages before, but this is a uniquely specific one that I would recommend to try and it’s a great introduction to Turkish bath (hammam) since it’s a more private experience within a hotel spa. Service was wonderful and extremely caring making sure to check in with you throughout.
We loved the experience itself and did the full package which included the steam room and massage. Loved that as a couple they gave us a private experience together rather than having to separate, which I think is common in hamams. The only reason I give it 4/5 is that it could have benefited from some aromatherapy (the smell was not the nicest there) and would have liked some music during the massage (it was super quiet). Otherwise it was fabulous and we felt super refreshed!

Excellent service and great experience — this was a great way to begin my trip after an 11 hour flight from Hong Kong. Lovely facility and the treatment itself was top notch. The ladies are very nice and efficient and there was a snack at the end with some time to relax a bit. 100/10 recommend!
Very pleasant experience! The staff was very friendly and the hammam and massage was very pleasant and overall super nice. Otherwise everything was clean and well organized! Tea and Turkish Royal as a graduation were also very good!

My mom and I ended our first trip to Istanbul with this hammam experience. It was a lovely clean spa, the masseuses were kind and very good. It was a lovely way to end the day.
Very nice place. Clean and felt brand new. The Hammam was relaxing and lovely. The massage was also great.
Nice and clean facilities. We were provided with slippers and towels. We were directed to the sauna for a few minutes before being ushered into the private area to have the tradition hamman bath. Very relaxing and we were offered traditional tea after. The staff were lovely and delivered a great service. Will recommend.
